We really enjoyed our stay. Only complaint is parking is tight. That’s not a knock on our location—most rentals don’t have an over abundance of parking

Host was very quick to respond. Minor issue with A/C, but handled very fast. House was amazing, accommodate 14 comfortably. Clean, Roomy, well stocked kitchen. Great location, steps from beach and local shopping. Would recommend for big family gatherings.

Family really enjoyed the pool! Great size and was heated!An improvement would have some kind of umbrellas for shade.The house was perfect. We had a wonderful time . Close to beach. Anytime we needed was attended to very fast. Recommend!!

The property was beautiful, and accommodated for 18 Adults comfortably. Check in/out was very user friendly/flawless. Everything was easily accessible: a short walk to the beach, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and the pool at the home was relaxing, and pure enjoyable.The owner was very hands on, and responsive if needed. Very easy to work with, also made sure he went beyond measures to exceed our needs and expectations. The club house was an absolute bonus. Great place for large family gatherings, etc…Looking forward to returning next year. Highly recommend for anyone looking to take in and enjoy the Destin area to stay in this lovely home. It won’t disappoint, really wish we could have stayed longer. The host does a wonderful job making you feel welcome, and right at home. Thank you so much!

The stay was great! Listed are a few repairs you may want to know: blown light bulbs, the door to the upstairs Cabana doesn't work, the kitchen alarm goes out sometimes for no reason, shower door in upstairs Cabana bathroom is not functioning correctly, upstairs thermostat in main house need adjustment, and it will be helpful if the side door could open to bbq grill and pool. We had to go through the lower bedroom to the pool or walk around the house. Someone had left child's clothing in a drawer in one of the upper bedrooms. Overall, the location and house was wonderful. My family and I stayed here on Father’s Day weekend. We had a really great experience. The property being walking distance from the beach was a plus. It was very clean and they provided more than enough supplies. My family and I have already decided that this is where we plan to book everytime we go to Destin.

What a perfect home for a multigenerational family event. The teens loved the pool, the littles loved the beach and everyone had a great time!

The walk to the beach was even closer than expected and the pool was an amazing feature with small children. We loved it and would 10/10 book again.

This house is exactly as pictured and described. Honestly it’s even better in person. Big and open for our family and friends. The owner communicated quickly and worked with us to ensure we had a seamless check-in during our stay after our wedding. The location was perfect, very short distance to the beach, easy to walk to. Very pleased with the entire stay and would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

This house worked well for a group of 25. The heated pool was great especially since it was chilly at the beginning of March. The owners were fast to repond to any questions we had. The kitchen was stocked with cooking items.Plenty of space for everyone eat

Perfect for family. Short walking distance to the beach was definitely a plus. The kids loved the pool. Great area for shopping and the was available the whole stay. No complaints from me.

My family and I stayed to celebrate our Mom’s 70th Birthday this past weekend!! The Property was gorgeous, right on the beach! The 9 bedrooms had plenty room for our family of 2! The house was fully stocked with everything you need, we cooked brunch and dinner during our stay!! We definitely would stay again

What a great vacation! Plenty of room for everyone. Small hiccup w the freezer and Ron delivered an entire new refrigerator within hours. Enjoyed the heated pool and all the lounge chairs. And its steps from the beach!

I would give this rental 10 stars if I could! The check-in process was super easy. All the exterior doors have code locks so you don’t have to worry about dealing with keys. The house was very clean and well organized. All the appliances, doors, and thermostat worked, which can be rare with short term rentals! The cherry on top was that the pool is heated!! We went in November and it was quite chilly outside. The pool was incredibly comfortable temperature wise. The beach access is super close and convenient with crosswalks and a boardwalk heading to the beach making getting there safe and enjoyable. The house was spacious and beautiful. The checkout process was a breeze. No long list of chores to complete. Just a short and simple procedure. If you’re looking for a quality, clean, cozy, spacious vacation space for a great price, this is your place!

We stayed at this property for our annual fishing trip. We had never been to Destin before, so I did not have any frame of reference, but this property is in a great location! Steps from the beach, close to shopping and restaurants, and close to the harbor. The property was clean and comfortable, and the description was accurate; the pool was icing on the cake. Check in and check out were hassle free, the wifi worked and was secured. We hope to be able to come back.

This house was the BEST! We had a large group of family and friends and the layout was perfect! SO close to the Beach! Loved it!

Property manager was amazing, so accommodating. House was great, location was great, one prob with internet but manger was on site immediately making calls to get repaired ASAP. Will return! Thank you. SS
