Stayed Jul 13, 2025House was good and clean inside. Beds were very comfortable and working air conditioning in every room. Very good washing machine and dryer, could have used more laundry detergent had to purchase. Large dining area for our group of 13 was a plus. Very close walk to the beach. Very nice neighbor next door. Would have been an excellent review but the surrounding area felt unsafe, we would not let our 17 and 20 year olds walk alone( homeless in the immediate area). There is street parking but usually taken by local residents. We parked in the casino garage for 25. Checkout was at 10 and cleaning crew arrived by 9:55, they were very pleasant!

Stayed Jul 7, 2025This location is great for an event venue, and the upstairs rooms are clean and comfortable. However, we ran into several issues that significantly impacted our stay. The two basement rooms had a persistent musty odor—even though a dehumidifier was provided, it didn’t alleviate the smell. Unfortunately, our pajamas absorbed the odor after just one night. Additionally, the AC units in all rooms—both upstairs and in the basement—were extremely loud, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep.More concerning, the ceiling on the first floor started leaking water from the second-floor shower the day before checkout. I’ve uploaded photos to document the issue, but since the photos don’t fully capture the water movement, I also recorded a video. Unfortunately, Vrbo doesn’t support video uploads.While the property has great potential, especially for hosting, these maintenance and comfort issues made our stay far less enjoyable than expected.

Stayed Sep 13, 2024My fiancé and I & 12 of our friends all stayed here comfortably for our combined bachelor/bachelorette weekend. The interior of the house is nicely updated, and the house was clean & tidy when we arrived. Check-in was easy and straightforward, and we were able to park in the house's garage (I would not plan to use the garage unless you drive a sedan; a larger vehicle likely would not fit). The rest of our group parked in the lot immediately next door to the property; it cost about $30/car to park Fri-Sun in mid September. The hosts were super communicative and friendly throughout our stay, and we were able to reserve some extra beach chairs and umbrellas for our stay. We also used the property's charcoal grill which was great. One minor note on the property - the bedroom listed with a sofa bed does not have a door and is less of a true separate bedroom and more of a living room on the end of a hallway. There is a room divider included for some privacy however. I would recommend looking into the location if you are less accustomed to urban areas - there are some boarded up buildings nearby and general surroundings that might make some folks feel less comfortable, but we had absolutely no problems. The location was perfect for us - we never had to take an Uber and easily walked to the beach and the Tropicana. We even walked on the boardwalk to Caesars which was still a reasonable 10-15 min walk. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place!
