Located 15 minutes to Arches National Park, 45 minutes to Canyonlands National Park and Deadhorse State Park, 10 minutes to Old Spanish Trail Arena and minutes away from 4X4 and mountain bike trails!

Newer, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath property, furnished for you to relax after enjoying many of the activities Moab has to offer. Fully stocked kitchen helps save you money instead of dining out. The double car garage and the 38 driveway are great for trailers and toys. There are beautiful views of the Moab Rim from every window in the townhome.

All bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom with en suite bathroom has a king bed with a private balcony. (patio furniture is not permissible on the upstairs balcony due to HOA guidelines) Bedroom two has a queen bed and bedroom three has two twin beds. There is also sleeper sofa in the living room. A full bathroom is located upstairs for the two bedrooms and there is a half bathroom located downstairs off of the kitchen.

All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

This unit has security cameras on the front door and the front of the garage door.
Property management company, Makenna's Gold Rentals is local in Moab.
Unit does not come with ATV. Photos are to show that ATVs can fit into the two car garage.

Pool & Hot Tub Schedule:
In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control.

    The condo was great! It fit all our needs! The view from the outdoor sitting area was beautiful and quiet. It was 30 mins from Arches and about 45 mins from Canyonland! Watching the sunset from Arches made for an easy drive back to the condo. We found the washer and dryer to be handy! Everything was very up to date and clean! Parking in the garage was a perk.

The property was exactly as described — the layout was comfortable, the amenities were just what we needed, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The rental management company was excellent. They allowed us to check in early and were very responsive to our questions throughout the stay. While the townhouse was a bit farther from Arches and Canyonland than we expected, the drive wasn't bad and the peace and quiet were worth it. We spent our days exploring both national parks and loved every minute of it. In town, we had a great meal at Milt’s and enjoyed a relaxed lunch at a local pub.Overall, we would absolutely recommend this property to friends and family. It’s a good base for adventures in the area with the bonus of great service and a clean, comfortable place to relax.

    The property had everything needed, and everything was clean. It was convenient, cozy, and overall very nice. I didn't understand that it was a duplex, but then I understood that I should've guessed that because it was mentioned as a townhouse in the listing. The hot tub and swimming pool hours were limited and didn't fit our schedule, as we were out exploring national parks during the day. I hoped to use them on our last day of stay, but the check-out time (10 am, earlier than the usual 11 am) was when the swimming pool would open (so late).

    Nice place outside Moab. Nicely maintained. Garage. Had everything we needed for a great 3-day stay while exploring Arches and Canyonlands parks. Only little thing was the mattress on the queen bed—it was so hard. I mean hard—you could crack an egg on it. Better than too soft and mushy but this was over-the-top firm.

We got blocked into our condo because someone failed to communicate with everyone that the roads would be re-asphalted. We could not pull out of our driveway.     We enjoyed our stay here! It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We did have an issue with the A/C at first, but Nicole quickly addressed the issue and even offered to let us switch to a different property if needed. If we come back to the area, we would definitely stay here again.

    Nice roomy place perfect for a family of four. The pool and hot tub hours could be extended. It was nice to be a little out of town since it was a holiday weekend the town was pretty busy. We will be back for sure.
