Newly renovated in 2026, this 3-bedroom, 2 bath home offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by palm trees and serene marsh views. Nestled in the relaxed Sawgrass community on Fripp Island, 864 Sabal Court is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the island lifestyle.



Steps away from from the house is a unique boardwalk that spans the marsh and leads to Tarpon Blvd, making for a quick10 minute walk to beach access. Additionally, the Sawgrass community pool and treehouse are directly across the street from Sabal Court, a perfect place to frolic in the water without leaving the neighborhood.



Step inside to a lovely living room filled with natural light and calm coastal touches. Just beyond, the dining room features floor-to-ceiling windows that frame beautiful marsh scenery, creating a wonderful space for meals and conversation. A spacious screened porch extends the living area outdoors, offering gorgeous marsh views and a tranquil spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.



The primary bedroom features a king bed and private en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. This bedroom also features a private sitting area with marsh views that doubles as a private workspace and additional sleeping accommodations with a daybed and trundle. Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with 2 full beds, share a well-appointed hall bath, also with a tub/shower combination.
