Great house Great property

Very nice. We had a great time

The pictures dont do it justice. The place is beautifully decorated and upscale cabinets/finishes. There were 9 of us and we had plenty space. The amenities are fantastic with kids. The clubhouse is so beautiful it looks like something from a movie. The pools are great, the kids had a ball. Its a great location in key largo. I would book again if we went back to key largo. You wont be disappointed.

The property is beautiful & the amenities were great! Felt safe for the kids, family friendly, easy to access & go places. Our unit was amazing!! Great for both of our family’s to stay comfortably. We did have an issue with the upstairs garbage disposal not functioning & the downstairs toilet backed up into the shower. Thankfully this happened the last night, but it did not get resolved til after we checked out Friday morning. We definitely plan to come back! Wonderful overall experience!!

Very well maintained and safe.

The house and amenities were great however our main TV in living room did not work properly and was also smaller than both the TVs in the lower bedrooms which didn’t really make sense. Overall the property was nice and resort was very pleasant.

The stay was so wonderful and our accommodations was perfect for our family. I would book another stay at Mariners Club as the pool was perfect. Location was great for us as well. Each person we worked with was friendly and so helpful.

We loved staying at Mariners. The amenities were incredible. Our ceiling fan in the covered porch never worked and one of the showers downstairs had a plumbing issue where it would only dispense scalding hot water. We tried to get maintenance to fix but they couldn't and said they would escalate with owners but nothing was ever done. MGR RESPONSE: The issue with the ceiling fan was the chain broke off up inside. We have since replaced it. We are sorry the plumbing company was simply unable to get us on their schedule over the Thanksgiving holiday. Although there are two other showers available in the townhouse we do realize the inconvenience for you. Rentals team was very responsive

Overall, the house was wonderful and provided the essentials. Please consider providing more trash bags and dishwasher detergent. Communication from the team prior to arrival was timely and helpful.

From start to finish our stay was perfect. The security personal was welcoming and friendly while at the same time doing their job to secure the property and adhere to quiet hours. The fitness center is well appointed, and pool/grounds are pristine. The hot tub by the pool could use to have the jets repaired or turned on stronger and the Grotto hot tub could be hotter, otherwise I have no negative feedback :-) SUGGESTS: Renting a boat for the day at Robbie's to explore the various snorkeling spot, snorkeling tour at John Pennekamp State Park, day trip to Key West and Bahia Honda. We also enjoyed the diving boards at Jacob's Aquatic Center! Team members from Barefeet rentals helped me choose the perfect unit for my family. We were looking for space and a quiet location that was still close to the pool and unit 804 did not disappoint. It was absolutely perfect!
