Spacious older house with a location close to the sea in Halsbäck in northern Tjörn. Perfect for larger families who want to be close to salty baths and many attractions in the area. The house has an apartment upstairs with its own kitchen and bathroom, perfect if you are two families or couples. In addition, a guest cabin with a double bed. Lovely plot with both lawn for play and games as well as a garden area. Spacious terrace where you can enjoy the green garden during spring andsummer. The house is from the 50´s and personally decorated in Shabby chic style, but older wooden floors and most of the original. Entrance level contains kitchen, library, living room and dining area. Exit to the lovely screened-in balcony with an unashamed location. A flight of stairs leads to an apartment consisting of a kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds pushed together and a living room with a sofa bed (no door to this room). Older bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine. Exit to furnished balcony with sea view. On the ground floor there is another bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The guest cabin has a double bed and hotplates (hobs) but no running water. Morning robe distance to a nice swimming area with both jetty, rocks and sandy beach for the little ones. Two kayaks are also available for loan (no life jackets). Nice hiking trails in the area and good opportunities to see small game and moose up close. Don't miss a visit that is an experience for all ages. Pilane is one of Sweden's most beautiful cultural landscapes with traces from the Stone Age. Here the sheep graze freely alongside fun, exciting, thought-provoking art by some of the world's leading artists. The nearest service centers are Skärhamn 14 km and Kållekärr 8 km. Keep smaller children under supervision as the plot borders a small stream which can sometimes be full of water. Welcome to a spacious house with a location close to the sea!
