8 houses from the Beach - Summer Rental 2024

The owner, of this home cancelled my reservation the morning of check in day!! She gave me some lame excuse that the house shouldn’t have been listed and rented then offered another place she had which she wanted more money for. I had communicated with the owner 8 days before check in where she let me know there were two beach passes included with the rental. She made this cancellation stating it shouldn’t have been rented yet a week later and the house is still listed on Vrbo.

Host cancelled my reservation 4 hours before check in. Said the house wasn’t available. Had been in communication with her just 7 days prior. Lost an entire day of my vacation trying to find another place to stay. VRBO was little to no help in finding somewhere else to stay

Curious if I was supposed to bring my own sheets and towels from Florida as none were provided. One roll of TP, sink and shower didn't drain, I could go on and on. Overall house was dumpy.

Theresa was awesome!! Quickly responded to any questions or issues. House was well equipped with kitchen necessities. Lots of seating for family time inside or on the deck. Location was the best!! Entrance to beach was at the end of the street, and just a short walk to Jenkinson's or local restaurants. We Ava great week!! Definetly would come again.

The house was in a great location to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. However, the bedrooms were small and the house does need updating.

The house is a very short walk to the boardwalk and beach. It’s also located close to the main attractions on the boardwalk but you do not get any of the noise or traffic from the boardwalk. The house is very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed having our meals on the deck outside. Teresa is a great host. She took care of anything that we needed and responded quickly. Beautiful person to deal with. I am looking forward to going back.

Great location to the beach and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and only a 1-2 minute walk to the sand. Would stay here again! Property owners were pleasant and prompt in communication of we had any questions.

The house is no frills, but perfectly adequate for a chill week at the beach. You cannot beat how close the walk is to getting on the beach. The bedrooms are small, but it's so hard to find 3 separate bedrooms with full size beds so that worked well for us! Bring sheets and towels! Teresa was also really great to communicate with! Responded really fast!
