8 beds, Best location hot tub, ping pong Located between the Cottonwood Canyons

Everything was great. The house was huge. Beds were comfortable. The house was clean. I wish there would have been a few more staples stocked in the kitchen, but overall the stay was great.

The house was in very clean condition and the host provided every single type of utensil plate bowl frying pan, etc. that you would need. An excellent host and a great experience.

Just as advertised! Plenty of room to spread out. Great access the mountains and a quick drive to downtown!

We had a small group of athletes here for a training camp at Snowbird and this property was awesome.

4 Old dudes from AK, ID & MN stayed here for 4 nights and skied 3 days. Our tired legs really enjoyed the hot tub which was great. The unit was clean and the host responded quickly to our inquiries. Very close to Alta & Snowbird was also a plus!

John was very responsive to communicating check in and check out procedures. The property was great. We didn’t have any problems during our stay! Would book again!

Great location for skiing the cottonwoods. Owner responded quickly to a couple a questions we had. I would definitely stay here again.

This location was excellent for a ski trip to Brighton. There was plenty of space and it was easy to get to grocery store ski rental etc

We had a wonderful week long stay over Christmas. The home was clean, and comfortable and we loved the hot tub. John was an exceptional host and extremely responsive.

Hot tub wasn’t warm one night, but was the next night. Location was great.

A group of friends were volunteering at a nearby conference. This house provided just what we needed! It is an older home, but was clean and comfortable, with lots of seating in the livingroom. The kitchen was well stocked (except for spices like salt and pepper), with a variety of dishes and pans, and we loved being able to make smoothies in the morning with a very nice Ninja blender! Just a sidenote, the fourth bedroom is in an unfinished basement, but the bedroom itself was finished and comfortable. The other bedrooms were upstairs and were great for what we needed. John was nice, and was responsive to our questions and requests. We would stay here again.

Great base for a week of mountain biking in the Salt Lake City area. House is well equipped including stuff you often have to buy on arrival. Rooms are comfy and spacious especially the master on the front. Garage a bonus for keeping bikes and equipment in.

We enjoyed the house and all the bedrooms. The kitchen had all the cooking tools but if you plan to do any cooking, bring anything that you want to add to your food such as spices, oil, sugar or coffee. I know that I'm a clean freak but when you have something poking you through the sheets and find someone else's toenail, that is disgusting. We could have written our names in the dust in the living room. I would not invite someone to stay in our home if it was that dirty.

Place is as described. A little dated. But that doesn’t take away from anything. Large living room was great for everybody to relax. Well stocked kitchen. The only thing that wasn’t great, as others have said is the amount of light in the master bedroom doesn’t allow sleeping in to long. Otherwise great place, wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Great host communication.

A+++ our stay was perfect at this place. I would have given 5 stars but there were two things that need improvement… 1. Put some sort of curtains up in the master bedroom. The morning light coming thru the half circle window is bright and woke us up daily. 2. The bathrooms need new door knobs, not a single bathroom door would latch/lock properly. Other than those two things this place really was perfect.
