Prime Location

Stay close to Bicentennial State Park, which features the Tennessee State Museum and State Library, as well as Nashville's Farmers Market and the Capitol. For those looking to explore downtown, Old Elm Corner is just a 30-40 minute walk away—or even less by scooter, bike, or rideshare! Enjoy easy access to Lower Broadway’s infamous Honky Tonks, Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, and Ascend Amphitheater.

We offer an additional guest option (10 total) for an extra $40 per night.

Please note that parking is street parking only. Germantown is a bustling neighborhood, and parking availability can vary depending on the time of day, day of the week, and local events. Additionally, Germantown hosts several events each year that may result in road closures and limited access.

Experience the Best of Nashville

With its prime location and comfortable accommodations, Old Elm Corner offers the perfect retreat for a peaceful and stress-free getaway. Book your stay now and immerse yourself in the best that Nashville has to offer!

Guest Access:

We have street parking and a paid parking lot directly across the street. We live in a friendly and tucked away neighborhood, minutes from downtown, but with very little city noise. There are lots of young families and elderly neighbors who we love to have as our neighbors and hope you will too during your stay.

The Neighborhood:

Germantown has unique character with it's historic charm and is easily accessible to all parts of the downtown area.

It boasts some of the best restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, murals, bars and brewery in the city!

Everything is walkable in Germantown on the lovely brick sidewalks; however if preferred, scooters, bikes and ride shares are readily available.

Browse the historic and quaint shop lined streets. Take in a baseball game at First Horizon Park. See a music concert at Brooklyn Bowl or the Back Corner. Explore BiCentennial State Park including the TN State Museum and State Library, Nashville Farmers Market and unobstructed Capital Building views. If your feeling adventurous, hike the north stairs to view it up close.

Lower Broadway/2nd Ave, the Riverfront/Ascend Amphitheater, Marathon Music Works, Bridgestone Arena, Ryman Auditorium and Nissan Titans stadium are all less than 2 miles away. The Gulch, Midtown, Vanderbilt/Belmont, Wedgewood/Houston, 12th South, and East Nashville neighborhoods are all within a short 10-15 minute drive.

Getting Around:

Germantown is a very walkable neighborhood! However, if you are looking to get across the city, there are plenty of options!

There are still taxis available as well as ride shares such as Lyft and Uber. Electric scooters like Lime, Bird, Jump and Lyft are generally prevalent and Bicycles (B cycles) are also available to rent, with a docking station on the corner of 5th and Madison. The metro buses have stops within walking distance on both Rosa Parks Ave and Jefferson St, and there is a free city loop that has stops in BiCentennial Park.

Other Things to Note:

Smoking Fee: $250 and Excessive Cleaning charges $250! If Towels and Bedsheets are left damaged it will be charged double price.

Interaction with Guests:

I live and work in Nashville, so I am usually very accessible. I am always happy to provide recommendations to enhance your time in the city!

Everything was fantastic! The location, the property, the amenities... I can't imagine a better place for a group to have fun and do Nashville! Walk out your door into cool restaurants and coffee shops, or stay in and cook big dinners and play games! Wonderful!

We had a fantastic stay at this charming spot! It was perfect for our group. The neighborhood was walkable, safe, and in a perfect location. The layout of the house was perfect for our large group, with enough seating and space for games. The bedrooms were comfortable and set up perfectly to comfortably sleep our party. The host was easily reachable, helpful and generous. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean, roomy, and had separate bathrooms for each of the 3 bedrooms. It was also well-stocked with the sorts of daily items many rentals lack: toiletries, tools, condiments, detergent (though these aren't listed specifically in the ad and might have been donated by prior visitors). Communication with the owner was prompt and courteous. Highly recommend!
