*This home is part of our Crab Island Breeze collection, a curated group of coastal homes on Holiday Isle in Destin, Florida—designed for easy, connected vacation living. Each home is just a short walk to the beach and within close proximity to Destin Harbor and Crab Island, making it effortless to enjoy boating, dining, and waterfront activities.

Together, these homes create a walkable, neighborhood-style experience where families and groups can stay near each other while enjoying private accommodations, all in one of Destin’s most sought-after locations known for its beaches, harbor access, and laid-back coastal charm.*



The space

This three-level home on Holiday Isle is designed for large groups, offering 7 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, and sleeping space for up to 24 guests. A private elevator connects all floors, making it easy to move between shared spaces and private retreats. Multiple living areas allow your group to spread out, including a main living room and a second living room with a wet bar, kitchenette, ice machine, and smart TV.



Sleeping arrangements

Floor 2 features three king suites, each with an ensuite bathroom, plus a queen built-in bunks bedroom and bathroom that sleeps up to eight guests. Floor 3 includes two additional king suites and another queen built-in bunks bedroom and bathroom, along with a luxury queen air mattress. A queen memory foam sofa sleeper is available in the living area. Several bedrooms on Floor 2 open to a wraparound balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor.



Outdoor living

Outdoor spaces are a highlight of the home. Enjoy a large swimming pool with cascading waterfalls and a hot tub, surrounded by seating and loungers. Floor 1 includes a 2,000 sqft semi-enclosed covered event area, while the 1,600 sqft rooftop deck offers sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico, Destin Harbor, East Pass Bridge, and Crab Island. Additional patios, balconies, outdoor furniture, a BBQ grill, backyard space, and beach essentials round out the experience. Guests also have access to a nearby beach on Holiday Isle.



Kitchen & dining

The main kitchen is fully equipped for group meals and gatherings, complemented by a dining room on Floor 3 overlooking the beach. A secondary kitchenette on Floor 2 adds flexibility for larger groups and extended stays.



Amenities & comforts

The home includes air conditioning, heating, WiFi, a dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, and family-friendly features such as a Pack ’n play and board games. Entertainment options include smart TVs and a pool table. Free parking on premises and self check-in with a smart lock are provided.

    The house was great for a large family gathering. 5 master suites was accurate. The other two rooms: one had a set of three queen bunks one of top of the other and the other room had 4 queen bunks - two different sets of two. The house was an easy walk to the beach and there were good chairs and toys and wagon to take to the beach. One of the biggest issues was the amount of toiletries - we had to buy toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc more than once on our trip. We also had an issue with cooking utensils. Seemed like for being able to sleep that many people there couldn’t been more cooking utensils. Also no grilling utensils. We had to buy our own. There’s not a fire pit on the roof like the pictures show. Daniel our property maintenance manager was so kind and helpful. Anything we needed he was very responsive and helpful. After our stay I mentioned to him that none of the doors locked and he fixed it the next day. There’s one set of washer and dryer now and two refrigerators which was a great decision because we stuffed both of those refrigerators full. The views were awesome, the house was clean, and overall we had a wonderful time!

The property management was incredible and communication was excellent! I highly recommend this gorgeous home ! We would love to come back for another family vacation!

    I would like to start off by saying the house was beautiful and I proposed to my now fiancé on the roof of the property, with that being said there were a lot of things that made the stay not so exciting. The house being enormous yet it has a normal size fridge that does not accommodate the size of the house for the amount of people staying. The food would’ve spoiled if it wasn’t for our own coolers being used to store the food. The next thing is none of the rooms had a controller to the operate the ceiling fan. The house has two sets of washer and dryers. The set on the main floor don’t work and the second pair down stairs you have to keep turning the dryer on as it doesn’t work properly. The grill down by the pool kept turning off in the middle of cooking, the second time we cooked on the grill we had to move upstairs into the kitchen due to to grill not staying on. Next everywhere you look there is a sign stating you will be fined if you do this or do that (literally). I understand the importance of having rules but having signs in every bathroom, every room, on the fridge, in the pools, in the elevator, the front door is extreme overkill. One of the rooms did not have working hot water and the water pressure was extremely poor, luckily the maintenance man was able to fix it the next day. The top roof didn’t appear like on the listing. The floor was leaking and minimal furniture. Paying almost 8k for 5 nights for all the issues listed wasn’t worth the issues and headache.

    Property was listed as 6000 sq feet of livable space, but true square footage was around 3300. The space was still comfortable for our group but felt this information was misleading on the initial advertising for the rental.     Over all house was in good shape. Needs a little TLC like the air vents need to be cleaned. Some look like they had mold on them. Great location to beach. Roof top patio was great at night. Kitchen has no pantry and only one normal size refrigerator so plan accordingly. That was surprising for a home this big.
