We had plenty of room for our three generation family. We found the house and pool clean and comfortable. Our one question was answered promptly.

Didn’t use the pool. The kitchen was well equipped

The location was perfect. Beautiful home with great bones. The furniture needs upgraded. I try not to be too harsh with rentals because it is a rental, but this one needs some TLC. Everything worked and served its purpose, but it is just very tired and worn. Pool was great. Overall it was a fantastic stay.

The house was good for our needs. But for a house that sleeps 24, the community areas had insufficient seating. The dining chairs at the main table were uncomfortable and some were broken. Springs were broken on the chairs in the second dining area. All chairs and couch downstairs were uncomfortable. The pool was great and so was the proximity to the beach.Overall I think it needs updated.

House and location were excellent. Great outdoor entertainment area (pool and patio) to enjoy after a hot day at the beach - by evening, the sun is in the front side of the house which was perfect. Ton of beds / sleeping options for our large family. Would definitely stay here again and absolutely recommend.

The house was amazing. The backyard and pool was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the 6 grandkids play in the pool. Not too far to walkbto the beach. Only one little negative the kitchen had no kitchen towels for dishes and such. We made it work though.

Good layout of house, roomy kitchen and dining combo, Jack and Jill bathroom was a little awkward but worked. Early morning risers spent time on patio (we had great weather). It was good to see all the carpets have been replaced. Could use some mattresses replaced and dining chairs updated. Overall it fit us well, bedding was biggest complaint, it’s no fun to try and sleep on a bad mattress at home or vacation. With a few updates we would not hesitate to stay here again.Thank you

Great location great house

We stayed at Sunset Grace with 15 people, ages 6 to 72. There was plenty of room for all of us, with our 8 adults, 3 teens, and 4 kids all having enough space - and extra beds left. We loved the short distance to the beach! And the pool was a huge hit! As far as a couple of needs that came up, the owner was quick in being responsive.

We had such a great time! The location was fantastic. We were able to walk to the beach. We love that we had a pool on site. And it had a heater in it. We had a few issues with the heater (we had some rain that messed it up), but AJ was quick to respond and had it looked at immediately. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Might need some upgrading. A lot of the chairs were a bit outdated and worn and the toddler bed upstairs we very used (we didn’t use), but it got the job done. We were able to have our handicap relative who’s in a wheelchair at the house and be able to get around downstairs with no issues whatsoever. You can’t beat the location and the amount of space is perfect. They have a beautifully kept backyard. It has wonderful curb appeal. And the other good part was a lot of college kids were partying (Spring Break) next-door and across the street but at night, we couldn’t hear them due to the fantastic windows they have in this house. Highly recommend this home for your family trip.

We have enjoyed a week at this house two years in a row. The house has plenty of space for our large family and is well laid out, with several different areas to gather. Beach access is adjacent and the house pool is perfect. There is a hammock and lots of patio seating. We had a couple of minor issues which were addressed politely and quickly by the owners. One upgrade I would suggest is replacing the dining room chairs, they have been well used. And adding a grab bar to the downstairs master bath shower would be so helpful for safety.

This house was the perfect house for our huge family. All of the rooms are super spacious. The kitchen was big enough for everyone to be able to sit down, and enjoy dinners together and there was a big dining room table for game nights. It also came fully equipped with all of the cooking pans, silverware, blender, anything you would need for cooking. The location was perfect. Just a quick 10 minute walk to the beach, there is also parking up the block if you wanted to drive. We enjoyed the exercise. The house is also in a good location close to all the grocery stores. I FORGOT TO MENTION THE POOL. After being at the beach we came back, and relaxed in the pool. The outdoor space was perfect and the grill was super convenient for dinners. We really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely book this house again for future vacations.

Great location! Short walk to the beach! Yearly family vacation was a great success!

Sunset Grace is our first house rental and it checked every box for our family of 14. Five minute walk to beautiful Beach, backyard pool, plenty of room for everyone, close to restaurants and attractions. We would definitely stay here again....... Soon.

The house was perfect for our family……all 22 of us.
