Stayed Sep 6, 2025You can’t beat the location of this house if you have young kids. It’s located 3 houses back from the beach which is ideal with young kids. House itself is very well maintained and clean. House is also a short walk to all the restaurants and bars. Overall, great place to stay.

Stayed Jun 28, 2025The house was wonderful. The layout was perfect for our family which included grandparents, parents, an aunt and uncle and 2 young children. There was space for together time as well as plenty of spots (in addition to our bedrooms) for private time.The rooftop balcony was a plus! Great view of the ocean, and great views of the Fourth of July fireworks.The host is friendly, responsive and helpful. In my many visits to the beach, he is the first host to call be before our stay to inquire if we had any questions or needed anything.There are no negatives. I highly recommend this rental.

Stayed Apr 22, 2025Entire experience was excellent! The home was immaculate and well-stocked. The owner communicated effectively and promptly. We had no issues whatsoever. Large rooms, wonderful decks, steps from the beautiful beach made this stay perfect. Home can easily sleep 12 people. Will definitely rent again.

Stayed Apr 13, 2025Had a great time despite it being chilly. Very nice location with plenty of space for two grandmas and our teens. We didn’t get to use the decks because it was too windy or rained, but they looked amazing.One suggestion would be to have a broom or vacuum available to lessen sand. We could only find a little Dustbuster.

Stayed Dec 22, 2024The condo was beautiful and super clean. The huge sectional sofa was perfect for our family of 8. The beach is indeed 78 steps away. We enjoyed sunrises and sunsets. The space heater in the downstairs bedroom was a godsend. It was quite cold down there. I would suggest additional silverware. We had a great time together and may return.

Stayed Aug 24, 2024We stayed for two weeks and the place was perfect. Very spacious and livable. We had friends come down for the weekend and there was lots of room. The location was great. Close to the beach on the quiet side of town but very convenient to town, Rehoboth and route 1. A short walk to the beach and the deck upstairs was a treat. John was very responsive and easy to work with. But to be honest we didn’t need much. Would stay again happily.

Stayed Jul 6, 2024We had a wonderful time at 13 A Clayton! This unit has everything you need and the location can't be beat. The rooms were spacious and accommodating. The Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Our favorite spot was the rooftop patio for morning coffee and after beach time happy hours! There were just few minor things that may make the next stay better.. The vacuum cleaner bag was full and we could not find bags or a dust pan. I did run out to the store to get one because I am a bit of a clean freak :) The furniture on the back porch on the first floor had some wear and tear and we were not able to use. Other than those minor things this place is awesome, and I would highly recommend!
