The Space:

723 Seahorse Road is a newly renovated, 5-bedroom OCEANSIDE home just a short walk away from Fripp's beautiful wide beach. The unique reverse floor plan helps to optimize the ocean views and allow for easier access to the bedrooms! Covered porches and spacious decks with 3rd level ''Crow's Nest'' rising above rooftops offering a 360-degree panoramic view of the ocean. The property is located in the heart of Fripp Island, just a 4-minute golf cart ride to either of Fripp's two gorgeous golf courses, Ocean Point Golf Course and Ocean Creek Golf Course. 723 Seahorse Road will comfortably accommodate up to 12.



Renovations in 2025 include gorgeous wooden flooring throughout the home. The property has been thoughtfully decorated with new furniture and linen throughout. Interior and exterior repainted to add a new touch of life to this beautiful property.



The primary bedroom is located on the 2nd floor. It has a king bed with a walk-in closet, a private bathroom, a tub, and a separate shower. The rest of the bedrooms are located on the 1st floor. The 1st guest bedroom has 2 queen beds with a private bathroom, tub and a separate shower. The den has a twin daybed, and the 4th bedroom has a queen and shares a bathroom with the den. The 5th bedroom has a queen bed with a private bathroom. Features include a crow's nest with seating, covered porches on the 1st floor, a deck with a dinner table, extra seating and a grill. Large open living room, dining room and kitchen with granite countertops and thoughtful touches makes this the perfect beach getaway for family and friends.



Features of the property include full size appliances in the kitchen, an undercounter icemaker and an icemaker in the fridge. Washer and dryer in the laundry room on the 1st floor. 3 Smart TVs with your favorite streaming applications, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Large driveway allows for 4-5 parking spots. Garage access is now allowed, starting in May 2025, which normally allows for 2 more cars inside. PLEASE no parking in the grass in the front yard! Dumbwaiter is not for guest use please.



The View:

Climb up on your private Crow's Nest with a 360 view of the ocean, surrounding homes, and the picturesque Lowcountry. Truly one of the best views on Fripp Island.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
