This newly built, 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom residence boasts expansive views toward Hilton Head Island from its impressive second- and third-story ocean-facing porches. Just a short stroll from the direct path to the sandy shores, luxury meets convenience. On the main level, the primary bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and a freestanding tub for added indulgence. Upstairs, three bedrooms await, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The left upstairs bedroom offers a king bed with an ensuite bathroom, featuring a freestanding tub and walk-in shower. On the right, both bedrooms feature two queen beds and en-suites with walk-in showers and decks offering ocean views.



Savor moments in our fully equipped luxury kitchen, complete with a 6-burner gas stove, a stainless steel refrigerator, and a separate beverage chiller, plus an additional fridge in the laundry room. The screened-in porch provides the perfect ambiance for sunset dinners accompanied by ocean views.
