The property is centrally located on the island and features a short walk to the best beach access on Fripp. The driveway has ample parking for multiple vehicles and the oversized lot offers plenty of shade on hot summer days.
As you enter the home you are greeted with modern decor and an open concept living design. The screened in porch and decks offer outside entertainment and the home includes a propane grill, electric golf cart,corn hole boards, etc.
First Floor: The home includes two bedrooms on the first floor with a connecting bathroom. First room has a queen size bed. Second room has two double beds. There is also an additonal 1/2 bathroom located in the hallway next to the laudry room with a washer & dryer - laundry pods and dryer sheets are provided. The first floor also has a fully stocked kitchen including a crockpot, air fryer, & both a pot and keurig coffee machine. The living room has a 60 inch smart tv as well as a large comfortable couch that could be used for additional sleeping.   
  
Second Floor: The upstairs primary master bedroom is spacious and features a private balcony, and a primary bathroom. The second bedroom upstairs features a twin bed with a pull-out trundle twin bed as well a full work-from-home desk setup.
All beds come with fresh linens and a set of bath towels. Each bathroom will have soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
 
There are only 4 steps up to get into the home making it one of the more accessible homes on the island! We also have a handicap shower grab bar in the downstairs bathroom.
 
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED (DOGS ONLY).  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $100 pet fee for the first pet and $50 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
One 4-seater golf cart will also be provided at no additional charge for comfortable, easy access to any location on the island.  (Additional golf carts may be purchased from local providers.)
Amenity Cards available for purchase. A 12.8% resort fee (% of booking price before taxes/fees) plus In-season $50/week per card (or $35 for 1-3 days).  Out of season: $35/week ($25 / for 1-3 days) off season. In-Season is Memorial Day through Labor Day. Children 12 and under do not need a card, but must be accompanied by an adult with a Club card. Off season use of the cards may be quite limited with pools closed in Fall and access to restaurants limited.




Pets - allowed


If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, VRBO will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote provided by VRBO. The refundable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.

You will receive an email with log in information from FrippIslandStay right after booking. Please check your spam or promotions folders. Once logged in to FrippIslandStay, you will be able to order club cards if available and gate passes for access to the island.

    We have used Vrbo many times. If we have a problem with the property it was dealt with asap. However 700 winter trout on Fripp island was our first disaster. I will list some of the issues. Window seals were broken causing steam inside the downstairs windows, rotten baseboard in hall way, bicycles were unusable, golf cart was filthy, front portch was dirty and unusable, cleaning was below expectation. We were very disappointed in property manager and owner. We bumped our head on the spiral staircase, it is in a bad location. The outside was unremarkable as the neighbors had a nice manicured lawn, however, this lawn was riddled with limbs and other debris, the gravel driveway needs repair. In addition the property manager at first told us she was not the manager, then it turned out she was the manager. She offered to find us another place, but we did not want to move. We took pictures to substantiate our findings. The owner said he had great reviews before us. If so it was in much better shape. The pictures on Vrbo and reality were far apart We asked for a refund but it fell on deaf ears. We enjoyed Fripp island but will have to find a nicer stay.

    We stayed for two weeks. The home was very clean and any small issues we had were addressed immediately. Jennifer, the property manager, was friendly and quick to reply with any questions we had. We loved having the golf cart, and even so, the home was still just a short walk to the beach and to the Fripp Island Beach Club. The kitchen was well stocked and having a washer and dryer was a bonus, since our stay was for two weeks.

    My family and I stayed at the house for one week in august of 2023. We had a lovely week and really enjoyed its proximity to the beach. We cooked in every night because the kitchen was so well stocked! Seating is plentiful, the beds are comfortable, and the interior decorating is really nice. The on-island contact Jennifer was responsive and easy to text with any time we needed something. I hope the hosts will consider revamping the outdoor amenities a tad (including the grill and bikes). Overall, an excellent stay we’d love to come back and stay again!

    The house is adorable. The beach access is wonderfully close (right down the street). Communication with the owner is fabulous! The upstairs bedroom is amazing but having the spiral staircase to get up there limits elderly guests unfortunately. There were bikes there but unfortunately they looked a lit rough being let outside. Would recommend storing them in a covered area. Our trip was amazing on the island. Loved all the deer that roam around. The beach is so beautiful and loved our morning walks. Having the golf cart included was a HUGE bonus! Loved driving around the island! The house is located across from the fire station. It didn't bother us that much as we never heard a truck go out. We enjoyed our stay very much as the owner has made the home very comfortable and beachy cozy.

    We had a great time...nice house in an awesome location. Beach easy to access from house and was close to being private. Golf cart for 6 people was a plus. Comfortable on the inside - good furnishings. Would come back. Owner extremely helpful with any and all concerns.
