7 Springs - Luxury Southwind Ski-in Ski-Out Mountaintop Townhouse

Highly recommend for families. The house was great plenty of room, clean, easy for mountain access and short drive to the lodge for evenings with a lot of things for families.

House was in great condition. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well-equipped. Bathrooms were nice and clean. We particularly enjoyed the true ski in/ski out access. We also enjoyed the resort shuttle service. Park the car when you arrive and not having to move it until check out is the way to go! Host was helpful. I had some questions, and he responded promptly.

Brian was very receptive and answered all our questions within minutes. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated with an exceptionally stocked kitchen. Plenty of room for our 3 families.

We absolutely loved this condo!! It was in the perfect location for ski in and out, which was super helpful with as cold as it was the weekend that we were there. The house was extremely clean and well stocked. It was also nice to have the heater in the garage to keep all the ski equipment and for it to have a chance to dry out since it was warm in there. The condo also had a washer and dryer available in the unit, which is always a plus!! The owner was very responsive and quick with his responses. We would definitely stay here again!!

This townhouse was exceptionally clean and the layout accommodated our 2 families of 11 very comfortably. Wonderful vacation.

The place was very clean with large bedrooms. It was cozy and lovely. The direct access to the slopes is very convenient. Brian was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend to friends and stay here again.

We will definitely come back! Great host, great place and a great time!

Great property for two families who want some space and easy access to the resort

The property was very comfortable. Lots of room and located next to the Southwind ski lift. The owner has been extremely helpful in locating a lost item and communication is good!

In a nutshell: this townhome is perfect for ski at Seven Springs! It is located centrally atop the mountain just a short ski distance from the main lift, and has excellent ski in/ski out advantage. Our children are young skiers but were easily able to navigate the trails near the townhome.The townhome was immaculate with no issues and had everything and anything you could possibly need. The neighborhood was quiet and the complimentary shuttle was fast and efficient.Brian, the owner, was very communicative before our trip regarding any issues i.e the community lift not operating. However, that did not change the ski in/ski out status of the location, as there are many easy ways to get to and from the mountain!Would love to be back to this townhome in the future and highly recommend!

The house and experience was great!

We had a lovely time at this ski in ski out condo! The unit was extremely clean, the check in process was easy and location was great. The beds were comfy and the living area was very cozy. It was decorated for the holiday too which made our stay even more enjoyable. We plan to come back!

Had a great time with some old friends exploring the resort's summer activities, and the area's surrounding attractions (i.e., Falling water, Ohio Pyle). The rental was as advertised, and we all enjoyed our stay!
