Great house, everything we could want or need and our host, Bernadine, was amazing!!! This is probably one of the top 5 rentals I've ever stayed in, well-stocked, exactly as pictured, and fit our needs perfectly. I'd absolutely stay again! We were in Phoenix for my son's graduation from Arizona Christian University, of which the house is very close. It is also conveniently located in the P83 district which has tons of restaurants and spring training facilities and baseball fields that my boys have played at over the years, and very convenient accsss to the 101 which made getting around quick and easy. Only about 20 minutes from GCU, Westgate, Uptown and maybe 30 from the airport. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed immensely and the putting green was also a huge hit! We worked on our short game all weekend ;) The kitchen was well-stocked with spices, some food, the basics. I love not having to buy a bottle of olive oil and a whole package of aluminum foil that I'm going to use twice and throw out. I don't think any of those things are guaranteed to be there, but I appreciate that they don't have their cleaners throw all of that out. Bernadine was so accommodating and prompt in responding to all questions. She even sent my son a grad gift! Above and beyond! She made the trip and this very big life milestone so much more special! I wish I was still there, floating in paradise!

Fabulous!! Clean house, beautiful backyard and pool!Everything about this place was perfect for our stay. Communication with the Host was great. Home was well maintained and cared for as well as thoughtful necessities that we didn’t need to go buy. We had a wonderful week with our daughter! We all decided this was a home we would love to stay at again!

This house was perfect. So welcoming and cozy. The outdoor area was perfect. We hope next time we are in town this place is available to rent.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bernadine’s house. The hot tub and pool were great for us and our grandkids/guests and we all enjoyed the putting/chipping area. The location in Peoria was close to baseball, multiple restaurants and shopping. We especially liked being close to Costco and grocery stores. Recommendations by Bernadine were perfect for our needs and she was always quick to respond to our questions. We’ve already planned on returning next year.

House was perfect for our trip to watch baseball. Plenty of room, the house had all the amenities we needed, well maintained and clean. We really enjoyed the back patio space to hang out. Would recommend for any group traveling for a long weekend in the Phoenix area.

Nice property. Needed better lighting

We had an amazing time celebrating the Thanksgiving holiday with our family! There was plenty to entertain us: putting green, spa, and a chest FULL of games and puzzles that we put to use. The neighborhood was great! We walked to the nearby park and played football and then walked around looking at the house lights that many had already had up. Our host was amazing and was very quick to answer ALL questions we had. Peoria is a nice part of town with plenty to do and shopping very close.

We were visiting for a baseball tournament at the Mariners/Padres Peoria Sports Complex and the house was so close and perfect for our stay! The pool and putting green added extra benefits for downtime and there was plenty of room for our family to sleep. Also helpful to have onsite wash/dryer for dirty baseball clothes! The home was exactly what we needed, for a last minute trip for unforeseen family circumstances. While visiting AZ for funeral, we were able to still enjoy our time and have some fun too. Our kids LOVED the pool and all the amenities of the home. It was perfect for us to all have our own space, but still enough room to come together as a family. Hosts were responsive and very helpful

We had such a great stay at this property. The property was very clean. We were in town for a baseball tournament for our son and the location was perfect. Literally just a few minutes from Peoria Stadium. There is also so many restaurants and stores just a few minutes away. This house is very well stocked every time I needed something it was already there. As a mother who is constantly having to make sure I bring everything on a trip, It was so relieving for me that everything was already there. There are so many details in this house that the host has made sure to incorporate so that you have a great stay. These little things made it such a wonderful stay. It took so much stress off of me. The house is a great size, there was so much room for all of us. The backyard is such a perfect entertaining space and the pool is amazing. The master bedroom bed is probably one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on it was honestly hard to leave. The host was quickly responsive during our stay for any questions that I had and even last minute when we had some changes to our departure. We will absolutely be back at this property in the future.

My daughter ,a couple of her friends & I stayed here- played in the water and watched TV- did the board game night and popped popcorn. I could not have been more relaxed here- the atmosphere was just great. The owner provided pool floats, towels- soap etc etc - and the most comfortable bed ever. I am looking forward to staying here again...I would have to say one of my favorite.

Our stay was very pleasNt. Nice quiet neighborhood. Comfortable house. Spa is a little finicky but works once you learn the nuances.

Enjoyed the house as much as Arizona in the Spring time.

This was a great location with a wonderful backyard. We were meeting friends that live across the States, and kids had a great time playing together in the mini golf area, and the pool was excellent. Large and spacious, enough space for everyone! Bernadette was an extremely responsive host and helped us fix an issue with the spa immediately... I just did not read the directions well and she was very gracious. Would definitely come back to stay!

The house & backyard were perfect for us & our friends to enjoy spending our time there. The BBQ propane tanks were empty when we arrived, but Bernadine responded very quickly & sent someone over to refill them the next day. We enjoyed our stay there & would stay there again in the future.

We had a great stay! The owner was very responsive which we appreciate. We stayed a week and thought the home was perfect for the four adults. It was a nice neighborhood and all the instructions for the home were very clear.

The home was very nice, clean and well equipped with everything . Great outdoor space for family to come visit us. The location and neighborhood was convenient to everything. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. My only criticism is the rugs in the 3 bedrooms are dated and need to be replaced, possibly with wood floors so it’s not dusty. Also it can use another tv in the Living Room since the family room has limited seats. Overall though it was clean, neat and we enjoyed the home.

Everything was great! We had a couple very minor issues that were IMMEDIATELY addressed by the owner! Nice large pool. Beds were comfortable. Our friends were very impressed as it was their first time staying in a VRBO.
