This house was definitely a cozy corner cottage with old style and charm. My two fur babies joined me. They loved it! Safe outdoor area with covered patio was a big hit. Communication with owner was smooth, quick, and delightful. I would stay again.

This location is perfect!!You can see the bike path from the front swing.Quaint older neighborhood and we felt very safe! bikes to use was a nice touch and we rode every day.You can walk to downtown and sunset everyday!and we could see the full moon from the swing out front.Had a great time! and will be back.Mary is quick with communication!Love this place.

Our 1st trip to port st Joe. Location was perfect. Restaurants, boat ramp, marina, shopping all within 3 miles. Host was responsive to any messages within min. Clean comfortable plenty of kitchen ware and bedding. Boat parking for our pontoon boat was a little tight but worked.

Home is as advertised and more! Super comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay! Convenient to everything around town. Loved it!

Major things like plumbing, electricity and usually internet work. There were several nice touches including the wall-mounted dispenser in the shower and small shelf with mirror and lighting in the hallway outside the main bathroom. House was clean except the kitchen. I thought it was missed (not a big deal) since the rest of the house was clean; owner thought it might have been the dishwasher repair person that was there before we arrived. Beds were clean and comfortable.- These are more observations than complaints. The entry door handle is loose. The kitchen trash can is the foot pedal type, but the pedal is gone/broken. Kept bumping into the metal bed frame in our room because it’s a narrow space between the footboard and the wall/closet. Can’t imagine sitting on the bench in the dining area because of the electric fireplace there. Message as it is posted on the doors between leaving the main house and going to the secondary bathroom: “PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THIS DOOR OPEN WHEN THE AC/HEAT IS ON. THANK YOU.” The result is that we had to step into a hot (in summer) area to access the second bathroom because it is outside the entry to the main house. Would have liked the bedroom closets to be at least half empty.For a home that allows pets, I’d say that it is very clean. Owner is nice and responsive. Location was great, easy distance to walk, pedal or drive to local things. Could use some TLC, but I’d say it’s a good place to stay.

Nice cottage only trouble was the tv, need to post instructions on how to use.

We loved the Cozy Cottage. It was very clean and had plenty of towels, cooking utensils and beach items. Location is close to everything. We will stay again. Perfect vacation

Cozy Corner is well-stocked, spacious, and has all the amenities we needed for our 10-day stay! There was even an air fryer, washer, and dryer for our use. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great beaches.Great dog park.There are wonderful walking paths.This is a place to relax and kickback.

Loved everything about Cozy Corner cottage. Location was right where we wanted to be. We will definitely be back to stay here. So clean, and everything is there if you need ot. I would give 10 stars instead of 5!

We had a great time! There was plenty of room for our family. The kitchen was equipped for our needs. Also, enjoyed having bikes and some beach chairs available.

My son and I stayed at this house for a weekend scallop and fishing trip. The house was very clean and accommodating for people who bring a boat with them. It is also very conveniently located to all the restaurants and local boat ramp.

The property was very nice and clean. It was really adorable. It’s located in a great neighborhood. Neighbors were very friendly and stopped to chat. Everything was great. It was really nice to be able to cook our meals there. It has a laundry room that was a plus for sure

Well maintained and furnished. Older home but in very good condition. Bedrooms are on the small size but very comfortable. Location makes everything in PSJ easy to get to. Would definitely stay there again.

The Cozy Corner was great! We did a lot of fishing so we were only at the house at nigbt, but it was perfect for us. We could park our boat, and it was located close to downtown and the boat ramp. We hope to stay there again. Thank you, Mary!
