This house is truly a home away from home. You have everything you need. My family enjoyed the in and outside of the home. The kitchen is chefs kiss!!!! You have all the things you need from fridge, icemaker, space, sitting. The beds were comfortable. Ohhhh and the pool. The pool was so warm it made it so enjoyable for the night time swim.

We had an amazing stay! Fourteen of our closest friends and family from the Midwest enjoyed every minute of this beautiful home. The pool, beach, and ocean views were perfect, and the hoe had everything we needed-we hardly left! The owner was friendly and quick to respond to any questions, including local recommendations for a bite to eat. Highly recommend and would absolutely come back next year! This could be our annual trip together.

I can't say enough great things about our experience. The home has everything you could think of and things you didn't think about like a commercial icemaker! The views and access to the beach can't be beat. We loved the added security of the gated access. Anyone thinking about Destin could not pick a better place or a better host. Joey was great and immediately responsive.

Great home. Some of the rooms run hot and the internet is spotty, but I never contacted the host about these issues, so not holding it against them. The location is great to get to the beach and the house was so spacious and beautiful. Definitely a great place to stay.

This was a beautiful property with easy access to the beach. There were a few minor inconveniences that my group encountered (outdoor shower didn’t work, hot tub didn’t work, and unable to set thermostat as it had a passcode on it) but overall it was an enjoyable experience and a great house for a large group!

This home was everything we expected and more! We had 10 adults and 6 kids and it still felt spacious! We had an easy walk to the beach and the property actually accommodated all 5 of our vehicles. The memories will last a lifetime!!

Wonderful house for a large family! Great location across from the beach. The kids loved the pool. Only issue was the ice maker didn't work. The host sent a repairman over but part needed was not available. Great place to create family memories. Perfect for our family! Thank you!

We loved our stay and Blessed By The Sea. Joey made all the communication before and during our trip easy and seamless. The house was perfect. Plenty of room to accommodate our 14 guests. We enjoyed the 3rd floor outdoor space in the evenings … and loved the convenience of the pool and the walk across the street to the beach, which made it really easy for People to go back-and-forth when they needed to. We love the pickleball and tennis courts and the privacy of the community. Great to have the big kitchen on the first floor for gathering and fun. If there’s anything I would say for awareness of renters … the tub next to the pool is not a hot tub but is just an extension of the pool so heads up if you’re looking for a property with a hot tub. Otherwise completely amazing trip, weather, house, etc. Would do it again in a minute.

Overall this house was great. The location, especially so close to the beach, was perfect. The house was surface clean, but the floors especially were not (our feet were black after a few minutes barefoot). Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were not working/heating correctly for the majority of our stay. We did receive a partial refund but it took several days before they actually got the right person/company out that was able to fix it (and it was a simple fix), so it was disappointing to not be have the pool or hot tub for the majority of the week. Had we not had this issue I would’ve highly recommended this place.

This house was perfect for our family of 14 and the beach access was a quick, easy walk. We would definitely rent it again.

Friends and family get together , we could have not ask for a more perfect location and home. Everything was as described , communication was great with staff , pool heater tripped one day and they had it fixed quick. Everyone wants to go back next year !!

Beautiful, well-maintained home! Perfect for our party of 11 adults and 7 kids (ages 6 and under), especially the private pool with splash pad and proximity to the beach. Loved having two dishwashers and full-size refrigerator/freezers, as well as an ice maker and beverage cooler, for a group of our size. We didn't know how to find the community amenities but honestly didn't miss them. We had a few questions that were very promptly answered, property manager was very available and responsive. We all agreed we would love to stay at Blessed by the Sea again in the future!

My large family (my children, my siblings & their children, our parents) stayed here and loved it! It was the perfect size for us, with plenty of space and seating. The location and pool size were a huge plus. We are already making plans to stay here for the next all-family vacation in a couple of years. The only downside, I would say, was that the second-floor bunk room had no window covering, and the two fold-out sofa beds didn't have any sheets or pillows. We made it work-luckily the families staying in those rooms had sheets and pillows with them. Overall, a wonderful home!
