I’ve stayed at Virginia Beach many times and this place has been the best one I’ve stayed at. We had a blast and we were in walking distance to everything. The host was best of the best and very on top of everything. We have no complaints and will definitely be back. Also the shuffleboard was addicting and the balcony view is unmatched!

The kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked in for 4 nights out of the 7. Beach is accessible and the chairs and the cart to haul all of our stuff to the beach. Great stay.

Everything stated about the property description, including all provisions is TRUE! Tracey and her husband were great and quick to respond to our concerns. The house is very clean and comfortable! The walk/bike ride to the beach was super quick. The location was great for driving to do indoor activities. My girls loved the privacy of tanning on the roof top! The elevator is awesome for luggage and groceries! Our only negatives, that is not the owner's fault, is the homeless folks sleeping by the property and the amount of sirens we heard all week throughout the night. Other than that, we still enjoyed our 5-night stay very much!!! It's a great house!!!

Friends and I had a great stay at this property. It was completely as advertised. Lots of room to spread out, and close to the beach and boardwalk. Communication was great, and everything was top notch. Would highly recommend this property!

The location was amazing! The owners were very responsive and I enjoyed my time there. The rental was clean and we ran into no issues. So close to the beach, it was nice! Simple and easy! The elevator was perfect for my mom who uses a cane to get around. It was everything that we needed.

I rented this house to host a friend’s reunion. The location was perfect and the condo is well maintained and furnished. Beds are comfortable and each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The rooftop is perfect for lounging or hanging out. The owner is very responsive to questions.

This unit was excellent in every area. It had plenty of save, comfortable beds and furnishings. It is a prime location with the beach, dinning and attractions for the whole family in walking distance . The next we stay, we will pray for better weather. No one can control that!

This beautiful house is a no brainer! If it becomes available for the time that you need to rent it, do yourself and your family a favor and book it. The location was awesome. The house accommodated 12 of us with ease. The amenities were appropriate and easy to access. The host was wonderful and a pleasure to communicate with, very responsive. The list goes on and on. I highly recommend this house for a summer vacation

Beautifully decorated, a ton of room, just steps away from the beach. Everything you would ever need is part of the rental. Seconds from the Boardwalk, the main strip with all the shops or a very short drive to the North End. The Vibe district is a 4 min walk with a ton of great options. The rooftop deck was amazing. Would highly recommend staying here either as a family or an adult couple stay. It hits all the marks.

Great family vacation! Owner was kind and over the top accommodating. My mom is in a wheel chair. The Elevator made a huge difference to her. The board walk is also wheel chair friendly. The house had beach chairs, bikes and so many other things that made the stay extra enjoyable. The walk to the beach is quick! We hope to be back!

We enjoyed this home with our kids and everyone had their space to hang out and a short walk to the beach and many other activities close by. Tracey and her husband were very helpful and gave us lots of places to go to and always answered our questions.

Our stay was so much fun. House was clean. Main living area was perfect for our group. Owners were responsive and you only have to cross one street to get to the beach.

The house is very clean and was roomy enough for all 11 of us. The elevator was a must for taking groceries to the third-floor kitchen and for our mom who has bad knees. The water in the garage was nice and the chairs and beach wagon were awesome. The house was very well stocked. Tracey was very responsive to my messages. The walk to the beach was a very easy one, even for our mom. The only two things I would mention one of the bedrooms is not real private and the noise from the street was a bit loud. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay! Beautiful home: clean, well organized, and all outlets are labeled so no guessing on how to turn on lights. Kids loved the poker table and shuffleboard. Tracey was easy to work with and very helpful. We will definitely be back when we visit VA Beach again!

This is such a great place to stay in the heart of Va Beach. The house is well equipped from the kitchen to the bikes we were able to eat at home or take a quick walk or bike ride to our favorite restaurants. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and gave us great advice. This will be our go to place in VA Beach.
