7 Bedroom Home with Beautiful Ocean View, Private Pool and Elevator

This place was perfect for my wedding party to compliment my wife and I’s perfect weekend!The place is so roomy and fits everyone comfortably (14 adults). The kitchen is FULLY equipped with everything you need. It is well kept and clean. It is beautifully decorated in a way that makes you feel welcome. Directions for everything were well laid out and organized and to top it off, the owner is quick to respond and very kind!Highly highly recommend booking this place if have the chance with your friends and family!

It could not have been a better experience. The house is incredibly comfortable.It is across the street from the beach and has a fabulous pool. There is a whole garage filled with beach and pool accessories.The owner gave great recommendations. I would highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful day at this gorgeous home that is literally one minute from the beach. The owners were extremely helpful, and very communicative up until our stay, and then during our stay. It was extremely clean, and the kitchen was very well stocked. I would highly recommend.

Every year my family comes to OIB for a week of just being together - this house was the perfect space for all of us all together under the same roof with enough room and the location and pool were perfect.

6 couples coming for golf and beach trip. House worked perfect for the girls to walk across the street and be on the beach. Local golf courses are 10-15 minutes away. Only weird part is the lack of linens and towels.

We had 12 coming in from out of town. The house was perfect. Beautiful inside, close to beach access, great view from the balconies. Could not have asked for anything better for what we needed. Thank you Jim and Coleen.

We had a great time at Ocean Isle and Coastal Sol was perfect for us. Only a short walk to the beach access and we had beautiful views of the ocean which was especially nice to enjoy while having coffee or a meal on the porch. The porch furniture was everyone's favorite to enjoy the views and the breeze while relaxing. We had some family with us that have challenges with mobility which made the elevator especially helpful. Kitchen has plenty of amenities, spices, etc. and, overall, the house had plenty of space for our party of 12, not to mention it was beautiful. Neighborhood was seemingly quiet, however, we were there at the tail end of summer so not sure what it is like in the peak season. Jim, the host, was very informative and helpful leading up to our stay. Would definitely keep Coastal Sol in mind for the future!

If you are looking for a “a home away from home” look no further! This house has it all, along with plenty of space for multiple families. From the fully stocked kitchen to the fully furnished decks and games poolside, we had a blast and enjoyed reconnecting with family from the west coast that we hadn’t seen in almost 10 years! The owners were very attentive and helpful, answering any and all questions. We will definitely look forward to renting this property again! Thanks Jim and Colleen!

We were truly amazed at how lovely this home was and most importantly the owners/managers. We had a family gathering to celebrate the life of my brother. It was the perfect setting and the owners were so kind.

My family has been doing an annual beach vacation every year, and due to expanding numbers picked Coastal Sol this year. I've stayed in many rental homes over the years, and have to say this has been my favorite. It was our first time in Ocean Isle, which we all fell in love with. But Jim and Colleen's home absolutely checked all of our boxes. House was appointed SO well; any question or issue that popped up was addressed immediately. House is as it appears in the pics. Loved the different levels - allowed us to have the youngest of our crew (2 yrs old and 9 month old) on 3rd floor w/ mommy and daddy and the rest of us on the 1st and 2nd floors. Loved the outdoor spaces on each floor (even misplaced my mother at one point as she was enjoying the quiet on the 1st floor deck). Pool was great - 9yr old made much use of the basketball hoop. 2 refrigerators in the kitchen/utility room (not counting the one in the garage) came in handy with our large group. And location-wise, being steps from the beach was fantastic. Overall, loved it. Our hosts were fantastic to work with, as well as the property manager that was local. Looking forward to staying again.

This property is fantastic for a large group. Kitchen is great and well appointed. 3 fridges and 2 freezers. Plenty of decks and seating for outside dining and fantastic ocean views. Beach access is just across the street. Owners were very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend!!

We had such a great time at this house. It is very spacious and the hosts have thought of a million little touches to make for the perfect vacation. The kitchen is very well stocked, there were a bunch of pool and beach supplies and every bedroom was great. And the walk to the beach was so short - the entrance is right across the street! The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had a nice stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful home with plenty of space and comfortable accommodations for everyone. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked. Communication was great - Jim answered questions and offered great recommendations for our stay. The location can't be beat - a quick walk across the street to the beach. We loved having beach chairs available as well as a wagon and some beach toys. The pool area is lovely and a favorite spot to hang out. We loved our week in Ocean Isle and the great family time at this home!

It was wonderful and we enjoyed much-needed time as a family.
