Stayed May 25, 2025We traveled with a range of ages and this space was excellent for each person. The 3 floors allowed for us to not be on top of each other and the multiple king bedrooms allowed for all the adults to have an en suite room. The stairs could be challenging for those with mobility issues but everyone in our party handled them well.

Stayed May 8, 2025House had a great layout for our girls getaway. Upstairs was spacious with a great table and lounge space for socializing and meals. Check in process was easy - although we requested an early check in (3 hours) and it was expensive so opted not to do it. Adequate fridge and kitchen storage space. Nicely decorated and quality was great for the price.

Stayed Dec 30, 2024Had a great time with multigenerational family! Plenty of room throughout the house. Upon entry, the house had not been cleaned. However, after a call to the owner, they sent out the cleaner and she resolved within an hour. Great location, not a lot to do off season, but we had plenty of tv’s, games, etc. I would recommend.

Stayed Oct 10, 2024Great location and close to the beach. Nothing fancy with the house….no extras. Very adequate and clean. Lots of kitchen appliances but no spices or basic cooking staples and terrible coffee selection…not enough toilet paper for a large family and one roll of paper towels…plan to make a trip to the store. The house is well used and it shows but overall the house served its purpose and we had a nice stay.

Stayed Aug 17, 2024LOCATION! LOCATION LOCATION!!!! This was the best house we could have picked in all of Sandbridge. We had 11 adults, (2) 2 1/2 yr olds and a 9 yr old. We all fit comfortably and the house had everything we needed. Kitchen is well stocked with any utensil you can need. Tons of games. Beach access was about 10 steps away- perfect! Pool area and hot tub were clean and comfortable. The new master baths are exquisite. If you are a pillow person, consider bringing your own. There are plenty but they are pretty flat. We rented a golf cart from Right Coast Carts- had a blast driving that around. Baja restaurant is right around the corner - great atsmosphere and food. Sandbridge Island Restaurant at other end of street is a must. Communication with Corine was top notch- she responded immediately anytime i asked her a question. Would absolutely stay here again and definitely recommend.
