7 Bed, 3 Bath Okoboji Near Ritz West and East Lake Bridge Walk to EVERYTHING!

This house was perfect for our larger group! We came to Okoboji for Winter Games and had totes full of winter gear but there was so much space upstairs and downstairs that nothing felt cramped! So close to all the activities in town which was perfect! Would definitely recommend staying at this house!!

Perfect for our stay with alot of people and the location was excellent

We had a fantastic 4-night stay with all of our kids and grandkids (10 adults/5 kids)! The home is beautiful and gave us plenty of space! It’s located close to so much—whether you walk or drive. We walked to The Ritz one night for dinner; we had pizza delivered our last night, and we walked to a nearby beach to view the Arnold’s Park fireworks after that - fantastic! So many great memories made!

Very impressed with the house. Very nice and clean.plenty of parking. Had a great back yard. Very convenient location.Had mostly what we needed. Steak knives would of been a bonus. Would definitely stay again!

It’s a great house, lots of space. The host was friendly and helpful. The house was well equip with towels and kitchen supplies. Only feedback I have is mirrors in the bedrooms would be helpful. It’s a big house that holds a lot of people so additional space to get ready would be great.

The house was great! Had plenty of beds! Manage was great to work with and house was clean and well kept up. Mosquitoes were bad but we did get yard spray and that helped when we were outside some. But all around it was a great fun house for our vacation

We loved our house we stayed at by Arnold's Park. It was walking distance to a lot of attractions. We requested more tables since we like to play games, and she delivered 2. The property was clean and cute.

My family takes an annual family vacation every year for the past almost 20 years. As we were sitting around the fire pit this weekend everyone agreed that this was one of the best trips we've had. Okoboji has so much to offer and this house is in the ideal location to get to everything quickly.

We had 10 people and it was a perfect amount of space for us. It is in a perfect location where you can walk to places like the Emporium. The teenagers and young adults loved having the basement all to themselves.

We love the area and decided to rent a house this year. This property was perfect for our size group and dynamic. The inside of house has been nicely renovated and plenty of green space for playing and relaxing in the yard. Plenty of parking for groups with multiple vehicles. The host/hostess were very responsive and helpful.

We had an amazing time! Plenty of room for everyone (13 ladies). Comfortable beds, furniture. Plenty of space to have a quiet moment if needed! Communication was fantastic, always responded quickly! Thanks so much for opening your home to us for a fantastic weekend!!

We loved the updates in the house. Plenty room for all of us. Loved the location and fun things to do in area. We were 4 couples from MN, SD and WI that winter together in Arizona. We had a great time!!!! Thanks again. My first time booking or staying at VRBO. I will again. .

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We had a variety of ages and the layout along with the outdoor space provided ample room to play while keeping an eye on everybody. We liked how close the house was to all the tourist destinations. The house was well supplied also. We would stay again!

We had 3 families stay here, and it was so nice to be under the same roof - enough room to spread out, have the kids play downstairs or outside and the adults spend time upstairs. Peggy was great to communicate with, and so nice. Although not on the water, you can see a sliver of the water through houses, but you can walk to everything... The Ritz, Okoboji Store, the Queen playground and even we walked to Arnolds Park for a day. Great location!!! I like to cook instead of going out to eat every meal, and the kitchen is very small, but doable, and loaded with everything you could need. We would stay here again!
