Description

Beautiful beach house in LBI, 2 blocks from beach and 1 block to bay. This house was not damaged by 'Sandy'! Gorgeous views of beach and bay from the roof top deck. Great place to watch the sun rise, sunset and fireworks! Can see the whole island and neighboring areas, spectacular! The first floor is one level up with new kitchen, dining area, 1st family room, sliders to covered deck, a half bath and a jr master suite with its own private bathroom. The second floor has a master suite with sitting area and private bath. There are two more bedrooms, one with 2 sets of bunk beds, the other with a queen bunk on bottom and a traditional bunk on top. A large guest bathroom and 2nd family room round out the 2nd floor. There are stair up to the roof top deck from the 2nd floor, great to enjoy the sunset or private sunbathing. Spectacular! There is a garage with top of the line washer dryer, extra refridgerator, many beach bikes, and a door out to the yard where there is the outdoor shower and abeautiful new deck built in 2020! There is a BBQ a picnic table and a sitting area with umbrella. Great for families!

Will consider pets, there is a pet fee of $250 per pet.

Everything was great.....house had all we needed and more, tons of room. Bikes, beach towels, beach badges were a huge plus. Anne was so awesome to deal with. Would definitely stay again!!

I’ve enjoyed the property for two years in a row. The owner has been pleasant to deal with and the location is nice proximity to the beach without having to cross the blvd.

The home was very nice and comfy felt like home. My family enjoyed the accomodations and whatever you need is there for your use. The owner was a pleasure to work with and would definitely stay again! Being so close to the beach was also a plus and it’s a short walk to Spray Beach which was good as I had family members staying there.

Our group loved staying in Anne's beautiful home. It fit a large group perfectly, and had plenty to keep us occupied on a rainy day. The proximity to the beach, bay, resturaunts and shops was an added bonus. Overall, great stay!

This home was perfect for my family. The location to the beach was an easy walk with you kids. The home itself was beautiful. Modern and redone there was plenty of room for everyone. My young kids loved the bunk beds as they never slept in ones before. The rooftop deck has a 360 view of the bay and beach. Truly gorgeous view and awesome house!
