Wonderful family friendly house close to the beach. We look forward to staying here again.

10/10! Perfect location and place to stay. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee. You can’t beat the neighborhoods private beach and how close the house is to the beach. Worked so well for our family vacation with our kids. We would definitely stay here again!

This is our second time staying at this property, and we absolutely love it! The house is beautiful, with lots of room for the family, and for people to go to their own corners as needed. Super convenient to both the private beach and to food. There is lots to do in the area, but one of our favorite things about this spot is we don’t have to drive anywhere if we don’t want to. We normally grab groceries on the way in, and then it’s a very short walk down to the beach, and a simple walk to restaurants, wine/liquor store, ice cream, and simple shopping if wanted. Easy to do a bonfire at the public beach access next door too, and walk over pizza from across the street. Melanie is also a great host. Very welcoming, communicative, and available for questions. Highly recommend, and we can’t wait to stay again!

This is 3rd house we have stayed in the neighborhood of Sunrise Beach. It was definitely our favorite! Beautiful home, great view, everything about our stay was perfect. Well equipped home with everything you could possibly need. Large living room and kitchen. Super clean, comfortable beds and amazing bathrooms… We would definitely love to rent this house again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach house!

My extended family and myself enjoyed staying in the Tenn-a-sea house. It met our needs, was very clean, and just steps from the beach. We have stayed in several houses in this little gated community and this one was by far our favorite!

Amazing stay at a beautiful and clean property with a great location!

The house was wonderful and the host was spectacular. The proximity to the beach was ideal and we enjoyed great views from the balcony. The only reason the location did not receive a 5 star is because I am a very light sleeper and I did hear the beach goers very early in the morning from the public parking on the other side of the fence that is next to the house. Again, I am a light sleeper so it may not bother most people. Even with that, I would stay here again.

Place was great! Clean and close to the beach...met all of our needs, and then some! Melanie was great about communicating!

Love the spacious bathrooms, new kitchen, cleanliness, location, best family beach trip in 8 years of coming to Sunrise beach. Busy weekend, private beach is a must. Thank you, Thank you for renting your beach home.

Only a few steps away from beach

We travelled with my adult children to Santa Rosa & had a wonderful time at this beautiful beach home! The kitchen was well appointed with everything anyone could possibly need. The living room & beds were very comfortable & the bathrooms were just gorgeous with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We loved the beach coffee shop just steps away. We will definitely return!

My family and I came and stayed for New Year’s, and it was absolutely perfect! The house is super clean beautifully decorated, and has every kitchen utensil you could ever think of. We were able to spend time together and relax after a hectic holiday season! It was in a great location that was convenient for everything restaurants, shops, grocery stores, etc. We look forward to being able to come back again with our family.

Perfect location. Loved the extra supplies (spices, garbage bags, sandwich bags, beach toys, chairs & towels etc..). Had everything we needed for cooking thanksgiving dinner.

The house is beautiful, clean and spacious. We had five adults in our party and had plenty of room. The bedrooms are surprisingly spacious, particularly the bedroom on the main floor and the master on the 2nd floor, and it has 3 full bathrooms. One member of our party has some mobility issues so I was particularly pleased to see built in seating in two of the showers. It made bathing much easier for him. The decor is pleasant, and we found the kitchen to be very well stocked. The views are lovely, particularly from the second floor porch. Plenty of room for parking. Also, we were very happy that two beach setups were provided by the owner. Every day we would walk down to the beach and 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas were waiting for us! It was a great and much appreciated bonus! Finally, I just want to say that our host was very responsive to the couple of small issues we had. When the tv in the family room went out on our first day there, we contacted the owner. By the next morning their handyman came and installed a new (and much nicer) television. The sports fans in our family were delighted to have a bigger, crystal clear picture. In summary, great property, great location, great hosts. I highly recommend this property and plan on staying there again myself in the future.
