A comfortable apartment with good facilities. The host who lives below the property was very friendly and helpful. The road up to the property is rather narrow but manageable with care and the off-road parking space was useful. There are shops within walking distance for supplies but it was nice and quiet. The location is good for visiting the whole island. The veranda space with views down to the sea is definitely the highlight.

The apartment is amazing. Nice location, quiet, proximity to all amenities and central location on the island. We had an amazing stay and the host, Alberto, has been really helpful, accommodating and kind. Would definitely recommend! Thank you!

What a fantastic stay! We spent a wonderful month at this beautiful place. The view of the ocean is magnificent! It was spacious, pristine clean, well equipped, and had everything we needed.Alberto and his wife are beyond exceptional people- 5-star hosts - communicative, friendly, and helpful! We were constantly supplied with eggs, delicious fruit, and warm attention from Alberto! Thank you for having us!

From the first day on which we have arrived we really felt welcome and at home. Alberto and his family treated us like a friend. Whenever there was a question or issue (never) Alberto always was friendly and offered his support. Moreover and from time to time he provided various fruits, a bottle of wine or some eggs. As a summary I would propose this accomodation to everyone who wants to have some quiet times. Moreover : Did I mention the excellent view over Arco and the sea ? Whenever we will comme back to Madeita we will stay with Alberto again. Be sure ! Jeanne and Axel

Alberto and his family are superhosts for us. We enjoyed our stay in this wonderful apartment very much! Everything was perfect.

Very clean, kitchen well equipped (we only missed scissors), view absolutely stunning! Alberto gave us a very warm welcome including fresh eggs and fruits from his garden. It's a 10 minute drive to Calheta beach, which is absolutely beautiful. You need a car to get there and you have to be careful at first because the road is a bit tricky but once you did it you will be happy about this amazing view :). And it gets easier when you arrive at the apartment for the second time ;)

Great for family with children! Flat is wonderful and well-equipped. Fresh fruits and eggs from the house in best quality. We experienced the earthquake there - house is rock-solid. Great location!
