Charming red croft with a high cosiness factor and both rural and seafront location in northern Orust with a few km to the service town Henån. A perfect cottage for family and company that values ​​the beautiful peaceful location by the forest edge. Here you live idyllically on a lovely plot with both lawn for games and play and a hilly natural plot that borders the forest. Here the whole family will enjoy themselves. The cottage's entrance floor contains a cozy kitchen withwood burning stove and dining area, bright living room with sitting area and TV corner (broadband). Small bathroom with shower. Via steep stairs you reach the sleeping loft with sloping ceilings (Height approx. 140 - 185 cm). The loft is divided into an open room with a single bed and a built-in sofa that also serves as a bed. Suitable for children or adolescents. At the far end via a narrow opening due to Murstock is a bright romantic double bedroom. There is an opening between the attic and the kitchen. The cottage also includes a separate guest cottage with two single beds that you can choose to have together or separately. The guest cottage is located on a hill behind the cottage and is accessed via a hilly path. Not suitable for disabled or smaller children, but perfect for a couple or young people as we raw themselves. In separate annex there is a washer and dryer. Several nice bathing places at about 2.5-3 km distance can be reached via small roads with walk or bike. Söbbebukten with natural beach, jetty and cliffs about 3 km, by car about 6.5 km. Here there is silence with nice walking areas around the corner for walks or jogging rounds. Berry- and mushroom-rich soils as well as good chances to see wildlife roaming around. 8 km to all service and trade in the central town of Henån with many good shops, system companies, bank, library, restaurants and Tourist Office. Many events are also arranged here during the summer. Convenient driving distance to many fine archipelago communities in the immediate area. Feel free to visit the genuine islands Gullholmen or Käringön where you can enjoy the sea delicacies at the local restaurants. In the middle of Orust is the shopping paradise Göksäter where you can find everything between heaven and earth.
