The house is located 500 meters from a lovely child-friendly sandy beach, You can walk to the beach via a closed path through green area. The cottage contains a large open kitchen equipped with an ordinary wide selection of kitchen utensils for use in cooking and baking. A large living and dining room with good wood stove. In the living room there is a smart TV with airplay, which is connected to the chromecast with the option to stream TV, movies or music. There are Danish and German air channels. Music can be played to a portable bluetooth speaker. The bathroom has underfloor heating and there is access to a hot tub and sauna. 2 rooms identically furnished with wide double beds and closet space. A room with a bunk bed, and the possibility of home work space, where a lowering table can be used as well as an adjustable conference chair. There is a selection of different games, including board - and puzzles for both adults and children. The interior of the house is modern. From the living room there is access to the newly laid out large wooden terrace, which is partially covered. On the terrace there is new and modern garden furniture. The garden and terrace face south and are secluded (private). It is possible to enjoy the sun all day or relax in the shade. On the left side of the house there is a cozy nook, with a table and bench set, from which there is access to barbecue, fire pit and fire rack. On the right side of the house there is a sun lounger for 2 people. At the back of the garden there is also a campfire with a large wide bench and individual seating. There is a fire pit, fire rack and a selection of tools and other accessories for the fire place. The rear part of the garden is partly preserved as a natural plot, which provides good opportunities for use for relaxation or play. There are hammocks, sensory swing and a sandbox.
