Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I took my mom to Seaside for Mother's Day, and we absolutely loved staying at the Lime House. It was the perfect size for both of us to have our own room with big bed and private bath. The big dining table was perfect for a puzzle on a rainy day and the porch swing couldn't have been cozier. We loved the location as we were on the edge of town so it was super quiet, but just a few blocks walk to the beach and all of the shops and restaurants. Also an easy drive to explore Rosemary and Alys Beach. Homeowner's Collection was super responsive and helpful, and we loved their welcome bag. Overall, a very memorable weekend for the two of us.

We have 3 young kids, and the house was a perfect location for us — close to everything but in a quiet area. House was very clean and had a great layout with plenty of space for our family to feel comfortable. Loved all of the amenities. Highly recommend for families or small groups!

However, Homeowners Collection was very prompt to send Jessica and Lucy over to change them. Those girls were awesome! Other than that, the cottage was perfect! Very nice set up and accommodations for a wonderful sister trip! And the location was great. Would definitely recommend Lime House for a party of 4 to 5 guests.

We have two young children and this house was great for our needs with the cozy twin beds and the loft upstairs that our three-year-old insisted on having. The house has been well decorated, has a charming updated kitchen, and is outfitted to meet basic needs. We enjoyed the layout of the home and spent many rainy mornings enjoying breakfast in the lovely breakfast nook and lounging on the porch swing. This house just feels like a cozy beach hug that you don’t want to leave. We’ve stayed in Seaside numerous times over the years but this is the closest we’ve ever been to the beach which was very convenient for naptime. It was an easy 3 min bike ride to the beach pavillion!

The house was quaint and my teenagers loved the upper bedroom to hang out in. It was very walkable to town. Everyone was so gracious and responsive. We would stay there again.
