6 BR, Huge Pool/Jacuzzi, Movie Theater, Luxurious Yard, Discounted Golf Cart

We loved all the amenities the property had and our overall stay was great however, I would say the property is a little outdated. There is a lot of things around the house that were in desperate need of repair or upgrading and almost impossible to figure out how to work the TV lol because there was like 10 remotes so for the price we paid to stay there a week I would’ve expected it to be in better condition.

Host was very good with communication. We had 12 people and everyone was comfortable! It was a very nice house and the back yard was amazing! Thanks again!

Family of 13 LOVED the house!! From 4 years old to 81 yr old this house was perfect! One level living with no stairs to the heated pool, pool table and football game on outside tv while in the hot tub…. All ages were happy! We even watched Christmas movies out by the fire pit!

We had a wonderful family vacation. The house was beautiful. Setup is very nice. Something for everyone to do. The pool was great entertainment. We grilled swam in the pool. We to the beach, played ping pong, pool table, golf carts. Enough room for everyone. Definitley 5 star.

Everything was absolutely amazing, best outlay of a vacation home no worries about little ones falling down steps, very roomy, so many things for kids to enjoy. Golf cart is a must we didn't even have to switch out the car seats from golf carts to cars back anf forth because we took the golf cart to the restaurants so much fun, grandkids loved the huge theater screen for all of the movies!!!!

Our family loved the house! We enjoyed having the pool & the hot tub available & the close proximity of going to the beach! Michael the host was very accommodating! He answered our every need. We booked this property for a much/needed family getaway. We had such a wonderful week! The house was accessible for my son-in-law who’s a paraplegic and in a wheelchair. He was able to get around without any issues. The pool was a huge hit with my two little grandsons and all of us! So relaxing after a long day. The house was very clean and organized. Lots of towels provided. Beds were comfortable and roomy. We used the fire pit on our last night for smores. Such fun! Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. It’s on a cul-de-sac, which was nice. Beach access is just a short walk away. Great communication with the owner and property management, which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend it! You won’t be disappointed!

Property was clean and comfortable. Nice walk to and from beach area. Pool was great. We enjoyed all activities supplied around the pool except the pool table. Host was quick to reply regarding text questions.

The house was very roomy and a great place for our family to enjoy vacation. We especially loved the outdoor area. We spent many afternoons and evenings at the pool and played ping pong, pool and cornhole. Having a high chair and a pack n play for our granddaughter was also very accommodating. Beach chairs, beach towels and toys were also greatly appreciated!

Awesome house with 5 King bedrooms and large bunk room. Amazing pool, hot tub, fire pit and bar. Rental cart was invaluable!Thoroughly enjoyed stay. Everyone wants to do it again next year!

Let's start with the good. When we asked the 7 kids in our party, ages 7 - 16, what they would rate it, they all gave it a 9 out of 10 or better. The backyard is pretty much as great as they say it is, the location in relation to the beach was stellar, and the golf cart was awesome. Here are the concerns that ALL 6 adults in our group had (our ratings ranged from a 3 to a 6):*The couches in the living room are gross and desperately need replacement. This house indicates it can sleep 18, however, it can only seat 5-6 people in the living room. When you taut a movie theatre, that is just ridiculous. This place is begging for a giant sectional. *When we arrived, we advised them of broken Trex(?) walkways in the front and back, that the basketball hoop in the pool was taped up and ready to fall apart, and that the indoor fireplace was not working so we were asking how to get it working - their response in 3 minutes time was the fireplace doesn't work. That was it.*We asked where the vacuum was and didn't hear back for 48 hours (after which 2 texts and 2 VRBO messages had been sent about it). They did send one over eventually.*The hot tub would not stay at temp after the second day even though we were keeping it covered. They sent someone to fix but it never went over 99.*There is not enough hot water for 13 guests.*The dryer needs to be replaced. We would run it for hours and hours just to dry towels.My review is limited in length by VRBO so those are the big things.

The property was great for our family of 6 adults and 6 kids. The outdoor space was particularly good for boys age 11 to 14 and the younger girls. The pool had a basketball hoop, there was pool table and ping pong tables and bean bag game. The adults enjoyed the outside bar and TV and the gas fire pit. The inside of the house also suited our needs well.

This house checked all our boxes. Enough beds and bathrooms and a good size kitchen and table. The best part by far is the backyard. Everything you need to keep teen kids entertained.

This house and the location were great for our crew! Ranging from age 50 to 12. Everyone loved the backyard area. The pool, hot tub, tiki bar with grill and tv, pool table and ping pong table were a hit. Very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The kids loved having golf carts to get around. Definitely recommend this property!

This house, and especially the pool and backyard area, provided a wonderful place for our large family to hang out and enjoy each other's company. The kids--ages 2 to 11--had a great time playing in the pool and the adults liked the hot tub an other outdoor games. The property is a short walk to the beach and, with a golf cart, easy to manage getting a variety of kids and stuff back and forth. The property manager was great in communicating with us and taking care of any concerns we had. My only issue--and one that wasn't within the manager's ability to deal with--were the many large properties around the house filled with college kids on spring break--many of whom played their music loudly and late into the night.

We had a few hiccups prior to our stay out of the control of the property manager. The place we were supposed to stay needed some work done and he was able to move us into a new place that was just as nice possibly nicer and he made the process seamless. Very happy with the management.

House was perfect, location was perfect.

This property was as stated. Had a great time, especially in the outdoor area. Glad that we had the pool heated, because the weathers was cooler than normal. Also, glad we got the optional golf cart. Freya and Michael were very helpful! There are some property issues that need addressed though. The walkway needs repaired, a few of us stumbled on it. The bath in the bunk room needs all lights working. Some remotes need batteries. The cover on the Hot tub really needs replaced along with the assist bracket. (We didn’t contact management about this while we were there though.). Overall we had a wonderful stay and would stay there again!

We have stayed at 2 properties by this owner and this one was by far our favorite!

To start off our vacation we got to check in a little early which was a plus. The place was overall nice but not enough adequate seating for 8 adults in the living room. The living room furniture was reliable but looked to need replaced soon as the furniture seemed to be peeling. There was adequate amount of bedrooms for a family. Although the beds seemed to have flattened pillows and one of the rooms (the room off of the bunk bed room) seemed to have a broken down bed, so the mattress was slanted. The pool was very nice, tons of pool toys and kept very clean but a little warning when people come to clean the pool/ cut the grass would be nice! Overall our vacation was very nice. The communication and response time was EXCELLENT when we needed new sheets and a blender replaced. Would stay again!
