6 BR, 5 BA sleeps 12! Private dock on canal. Steps from beach! Golf cart too!

This rental is in an excellent location being right across the street to an easy beach access and being mid island. The house was clean and roomy for our family of 10. The basement is a great area all to itself, but renters need to take note that it is not accessible from the top level. The house has its own dock, a grill, and we had no issue with having the golf cart delivered before we arrived. There are a few things that could be improved to help make the stay better—there was only 1 kitchen dishcloth towel, some worn kitchenware that needs replacing, and little to no liquid soap in the bathroom pump containers. These were minor but if staying a whole week could be aggravating. Plenty of parking was a plus. The owner was readily available and sent great instructions.

Amazing stay at Treetops! Everything was perfect for our family and friends, the house, location, gorgeous views, paddling with gators and relaxing and bocce on the beach. Michelle was a great host - we had everything we needed. Looking forward to our next visit!

We visited Fripp for spring break - two families, both long time Fripp visitors, stayed here. We loved the location on the canal for fishing & the location was walkable to the food court/basketball court/pickleball courts. The house is quiet!The golf cart rental (included) was a super easy process. However, because the rental is from an off-island company, if something happens anytime after 5pm, we were without a golf cart until mid-morning the next day and had to rely on Fripp Security to bring us home.We had an issue with the AC when we arrived & the home owner was SO fast to call repairmen that came out urgently and we got it up and running within a couple of hours of our arrival. We really appreciated that!Just a heads up, especially for those with kids - there is not an indoor stairwell connecting the upstairs and downstairs. Luckily, the kids staying downstairs were old enough and trustworthy enough to walk outside & up the stairs to join us for meals, game time, etc. But, the washer/dryer is downstairs - so when it rained, I had to run thru the rain with my clean clothes when I brought them upstairs! There are 2 en suite king rooms , a 2-twin bed room with a hall bath, and a queen bed room with hall bath all upstairs. Downstairs was a queen bedroom & a bunk bedroom, both that share a bathroom. Plenty of space for all the kids!There is PLENTY of parking & we were able to bring a small trailer and park it where it wasn't visible from the road (Fripp rules).

Once again, the host was extremely responsive during our communications. The host was also very accommodating to our requests and was quite helpful. The property was in great shape and it worked perfectly for our 4 adults and 8 kids. Definitely recommend this location for a family vacation home.

Our whole family had a wonderful time. The location of this property is very close to the beach and other amenities.

We loved the peaceful background view from the deck and screened porch, with so much wildlife, and the easy walk to the beach! Hope to stay at Treetops again!

Our stay at Treetops was awesome! We come to Fripp every year in October with a large family. This home fit our family perfectly! Love the downstairs option for additional space. We will definitely be back and are hopeful we can stay again for our week next year. Thank you to the owners for being readily available for anything we needed and providing their perfect island retreat for our family.

Great house for family vacation!

My family had a wonderful week in the Treetops at Fripp! We had two 1 year olds, two 5 year olds and 6 adults, and Treetops was the perfect match for our family. We loved the beach, and the golf cart that was included in the rental helped us get there even though the beach was right across the street. We really liked that the pool was within walking distance when the 5 year olds wanted to swim, but the golf cart was being used elsewhere. We enjoyed both back porches. The kids loved coming nose to nose with the visiting deer through the screen on the porch. The living area was really comfortable and is open to the kitchen, so we all could be together whatever area we were in. Michelle was very responsive and helpful when we had a couple of questions. Overall, just a great week and a great place to stay!!!
