6 Bed Vacation Rental! Short walk to Beach-

We had a great stay at Joes. Short walk to the beach, house accommodated us nicely. A couple things to note, sheets are provided, but I wish I had brought an extra blanket because the comforters on some of the beds are quite thin and downstairs rooms are quite chilly(there are a couple extra blankets but not enough for each room)! Wish we had a few more towels provided. And no spices in the home, so be prepared to bring your own! Besides these few small inconveniences, we had a wonderful and would return!

Very nice home for our week away. Biggest issue for our large group was not having an additional sitting/tv area for the kids to hang out. Many of the same style homes have upper and lower living areas. This home kept the garage space in tact which was nice for storing and in the end, we set up beach chairs and a projector for the kids in the garage. For a smaller group, the house is well appointed. Owners were very responsive when we reached out and the beach access was ideal!

Checkin went very well..the host notified us before the 3:00 checkin time that the property was ready so we got in about a 1/2 hour early. We found the property to be in very good condition & clean. All the amenities for the kitchen were available. Each of the 6 bedrooms had a TV...1 different thing was that theTV remotes did not allow you to turn the power on or adjust the volume... it had to be done manually. The remote was for finding channels. It has a very nice backyard, 2 refrigerators which is needed when you have 12 people. Communication with the host was excellent.

Of all the places we have stayed in Narragansett, we would rate this home as one of the nicest, best located, and a real value. The house and yard were really clean. There was enough room for our large group and the dining room table was our gathering place to play games and enjoy meals. The beds were extremely comfortable and the second refrigerator was an added bonus. We had everything we needed to feel at home. Being close to a big supermarket was handy, as well as dozens of excellent restaurants and cafes. We enjoyed the private backyard. There was a party going on at the Fire pit almost every night as we sang, told stories and enjoyed S’mores. Great proximity to the beach and it was wonderful that there were beach wagons to use to carry all our items for the walk! Communication with our host was easy. Joe the owner checked in on us by text periodically to see if all was well and was readily available when we had questions. We would highly recommend this wonderful home.

We had the best time in Narraghansett. We've been renting in this neighborhood for the past 6-7 years but this house is by far our favorite. It was spacious with a nice open concept kitchen and living room. The kitchen table was large enough for our family of 12! We had only a few small issues that the owner immediately addressed. Joe was so responsive to any questions that we had or anything we needed. We definitely plan to rent again next summer.

Family getaway. 6 adults, 5 children. Plenty of room for everyone!

We enjoyed our stay here. It's on a quiet street very close to the beach - even closer than you realize when looking at the map because there is a hidden path that is a shortcut - so it's only about a 10 min walk to Scarborough State Beach. We appreciated that they took care of linens, towels and had plenty of seating for our large family to fit comfortably for meals and hanging out. The only downside was there wasn't a ton of cookware so if you plan to cook at the house, consider bringing some extra pots, pans and serving bowls. Thanks for a great week in Rhode Island!

The property was very clean and large enough for our bunch. Front yard was great for us to set up corn hole game and back yard nice and private to set up a small pool! Would recommend this home! Had a few issues but Joe was quick to respond and address anything needed.

This home was well maintained with a wonderful layout. The rooms were the perfect size and very comfortable. The central air made a very hot and humid week more bearable. We had everything we needed and Joe was the perfect host. When we needed to reach out to him, he got back to us right away. It was an easy walk to Scarborough Beach and an ice cream truck came by just about every evening. My whole family loved it!

Lots of space and close to Scarborough Beach.
