Stayed Jun 28, 2024It actually had room for all the generations of VA family and the A/C worked great. It was close to another B&B that we also used for the Dads who needed quiet time.

Stayed May 7, 2026The house was beautiful an very comfortable. There was enough space for ten of us to eat, relax and sleep. It was very hot (typical I know) but the air condition was fantastic. Jared checked us in a little early since we flew in early in the morning. There was a problem with the air conditioner and Jess, the owner, was on top of it the entire time and kept us updated. There was tons of parking and a quick walk to downtown. The kitchen was spacious and clean. It have a lot of utensils to use for cooking and for eating.

Stayed Mar 27, 2026This was our 2nd stay at Owens Place. We have our family reunion once a year. House allowed our party of 10 to have enough space. A/C worked great. There were seperate units for each floor. We ate out or brought in take out so didn't do any cooking. Location was perfect. We rented golf carts & were able to travel all over old town. We hope to come back next year.

Stayed Jan 29, 2026We had a wonderful stay! The house was fun and roomy. Great location! Parked the cars when we got there and was able to walk to everything we wanted to see. Very nice quiet neighborhood. Check in was great, answered all my questions. When I think of old Victorian houses, I think of musty and dust. Not this house! The house smelled fresh and was spotless! I found myself trying to find a little dust or a cobweb.

Stayed Oct 2, 2025We had a very great time. The house was immaculate. You were given so many appliances that all of a sudden you saw and said oh, I could use this. the manager of the property If we text him he answered us immediately. I've stayed here once before with my family and I absolutely would stay again. We've been to your house twice now.

We had 10 adults, the beds slept nice, AC worked great. Easy location to walk to downtown or to stumble back from downtown. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed Apr 24, 2025Twelve people in multiple families (ages 17-80's) in St. Augustine to attend a wedding. Two large bedrooms (king beds) with attached (private) baths (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs). Multiple other bedrooms (2 downstairs and 2 upstairs) shared 2 household bathrooms. But there was plenty of room for all. Historic old house so some rooms were charmingly quirky as would be expected. Floors and room to room thresholds have some small bumps and unevenness as expected from a historic house. Close to many stores, restaurants, shops and downtown. Eighty year old parents were easily able to walk there and shop, though one set of parents chose to Uber back after shopping. Hosts were able accommodate our slightly late checkout so we didn't need to spend extra time waiting at the airport. Stayed Feb 6, 2025Group of friends exploring St Augustine. Excellent location we could walk to most attractions. Huge house, we all had our own room with a few shared baths. The host was very accommodating and met us for a walk through as we arrived. The only reason not 5 stars is the house is very old and quirky, lots of stairs, uneven surfaces, outdated plumbing. If you don’t mind or like antique you will love this place.

Stayed Jan 17, 2025House was perfect for our needs. One day turned cold and rainy but the house was warm. It’s an old house located in a historic district and a good neighborhood to walk through. Some items were dated, like the coffee maker, but all in all a good experience.

Stayed Nov 8, 2024Ten of us spent the weekend at this property and there was ample room for all and plenty of parking. The location of this property as it relates to downtown is wonderful. The property was clean and as described when we arrived. The kitchen could use an Island and some extra counter space but other than that it functions. The living room could use another end table and possibly a coffee table as it lacked a place to set your drink etc. When you first walk in there is a small refrigerator in the foyer which was odd. We walked to the corner and rented a golf cart and visited downtown multiple times. The Winery and Distillery are also nearby. Be careful on the front steps as there is no handrail. We would definitely rent this home again.
