This house was everything we wanted. There was enough bedroom space and parking for everyone. It’s a little further from the beach than we were expecting and challenging with kids with little legs. Great experience overall.

The house was very clean and in an excellent location, close to Scarborough Beach, Block Island Ferry, and Newport. The property and neighborhood were well-cared for. Kevin’s communications were timely. 5 Stars. My family loved this place

This was the perfect vacation home for us. We had 5 adults and 6 kids. The house was as described. The host was very responsive. We loved that the house was within a 10 minute walk to the beach. The beach was very nice. It has a gift shop, snack shack, restrooms and showers. There is an ice cream truck that comes everyday around 4:30. That was very exciting for the kids. The grill was clean and ready for use. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, pans etc. There was also kcups available and some welcome snacks along with some mini tubes of sunscreen, conditioner, shampoo and lotions. We would be happy to stay her again.

Communication with the host was great and the property was exactly as listed. Walkable to the beach even with our toddlers! Nice quiet neighborhood. We all had an awesome time!

Everything was as expected from pictures and communication from the owners was super prompt and helpful every step of the way. Great neighborhood, very close to the beach, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking! The entire process was extremely easy. Already looking to book again!

This property was perfect for 10 adults and 2 kids. It is a short walk to Scarsborough beach and within walking distance to a few restaurants and shops. The house has good furnishings for a large group and plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking. The yard is nice with a deck and hammock. Highly recommend this property!

This six bedroom spacious house is located in a quiet yet lively neighborhood. There is room for yard games and the beach can easily be reached by walking. The area has little traffic making it safe to walk. Would definitely stay again with our three families and three generations.

We had an absolutely amazing vacation. Kevin was responsive to anything we needed and was super friendly. The house is beautiful, clean and was absolutely the perfect place for our family summer vacation. We are returning!!
