Lina was a very responsive and helpful host. The house and interior space was incredibly warm and welcoming, with a gorgeous open kitchen and living room area that was perfect for hosting a group of eleven girls. Almost every bedroom had its own bathroom, and we were able to comfortably move about the house. Location-wise, it was just a short 5 - 10 minute walk into town where we had access to anything we needed. I would absolutely book this location again for next trip to Nantucket.

We had a great long weekend in this Nantucket home with 11 adult woman. The home is in a great location where we were able to walk to explore downtown Nantucket’s shops and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked. There was lots of room to gather together as well as to have private space. We enjoyed our stay!

This house has it all for families with kids. Great kitchen perfect outdoor spaces with fencing. The location is perfect for walking or strolling your kids into town. Great house! Tons of space and the third floor was perfect for our grandkids! Out only issue was there is ALOT of street noise. It didn’t bother the adults but it woke the babies after 9pm. Buy everything else was amazing! We loved how beautiful the property was and also all the history of staying in an historic home! The property manager was so helpful in every way. This home is well stocked for families!

The house was perfect for our party of 10! Plenty of room to spread out. Well appointed, clean, and perfect location to walk to town and drive to the beaches. 10 out of 10! Highly recommend!

I haven't used VRBO or their competitor much but this rental sold me on it. I was apprehensive spending so much on this; but was overwhelmed with the beautiful design, high end appliances and all the bathrooms. The courtyard in the back was very accommodating for our 11 guests. Its my dream home for sure and we just loved it. Took Uber only for luggage to ferry and wedding events otherwise can walk to the wharf area. Beautiful experience for the whole family and it had everything we needed. I hope to rent this again!.

We stayed for 3 nights at this historic and beautifully restored property in May 2025 as a group of 12 adults and could not be more thrilled with this choice. It was a short walk to the center of main street and a quiet location with a lovely garden and outdoor furniture to enjoy. The interior is spacious with plenty of room for us to spread out, and also come together for meals. While the dining area technically seats 8, the owner very kindly ordered extra folding chairs for us so we could seat our full group of 12 around the table very comfortably. We had every kitchen utensil, pot, and pan needed to prepare a full lobster and clambake, and the kitchen was big enough that everyone could easily pitch in to help prep or clean up. The linens were all high quality and each of the 5 bathrooms were PERFECT, even for clean-freaks and design-snobs. Great water-pressure, plenty of hot water, even for a large group. We all loved this beautiful home and each guest agreed we'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

We loved our springtime stay in this gorgeous home. The large & open kitchen, number of beds and bathrooms was perfect for our group of girlfriends. Even with lots of rain, the walkability to downtown restaurants and shops was perfect. We had one slight reason to reach out to the host but they were accommodating and quick to respond. Would recommend and hope to stay again.

Great location, well shocked, wonderful home for a family gathering.

We had a great stay for the Thanksgiving week. The proximity to town and our other family and friends was perfect. We had enough space for 11 of us to hang, play games, yet have our own space. Kitchen was fantastic.

This property is terrific. We have stayed in many short term rental properties in North America and Europe and this was one of the very best. It was immaculate, and had abundant cooking supplies to make a large meal (which we did). It is also historically interesting -- one of the oldest houses in Nantucket -- and in a great location. Check in was easy. We will definitely come again

The house was a perfect fit for our group of friends who all met on Nantucket the summer of ‘74. Roomy, comfortable-perfect for sharing our happy memories. The weather was also amazingly warm and pleasant, made visiting our old haunts so easy and fun!

A perfect spot close to town with plenty of space for all. Our hosts were accommodating - we had a great stay!

From arrival to check out every single aspect of our stay was far greater than expected. This house has everything that you need. The location is ideal walking distance to everything I only wish we could've stayed longer. The communication with the host was excellent and timely. We will be coming back sooner than later.

This home is beautiful & extremely convenient to restaurants, shopping, & in-town activities.

While the weather on Nantucket was not cooperative, we had an amazing time thanks in part to this beautiful home! It was in the perfect location and had everything we needed. Lina was easy to contact and always responded promptly. I would highly recommend her home for anyone traveling to Nantucket, and hope to stay there again when I return!!

Beautifully renovated home with first floor open floorplan. Bathrooms are modern and kitchen well stocked with cookware and accessories for cooking family meals. Host immediately responded to a question. Lovely backyard area. Wonderful location in town and in an area of many stately historic homes. Would highly recommend if you need a larger home.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was close to downtown so it was easy to walk to several establishments. The bathrooms were recently remodeled. The layout of the kitchen and dining room was great for our group.

Wonderful week on the Grey Lady! An annual trip for my family and I. The house was spectacular and Lina a wonderful host! Had the best week in her beautiful home! Would highly recommend !

Skyemoor was a lovely and accommodating spot for our large group of 12. The house is so charming and beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. The location is great, just steps to all the shops. Our family all loved our stay!
