Stayed Jul 26, 2025Idyllic little cottage, very peaceful and quiet.Great access to La Rance for open water swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding etc.Veronique is a great host and very knowledgeable about the area.Plenty of options for eating out and St Malo only 20 minutes drive away.Property doesn’t have WiFi, but mobile phone signal is strong enough for decent internet access.

Stayed Jun 3, 2023We‘ve spent a fantastic week at this place. Nice and cosy house, beautiful garden and perfect base for trips and excursions - or to take a day off and relax. Last but not least very friendly hosts. Merci beaucoup!

Stayed Aug 17, 2019We enjoyed our stay at Eden Cove. It is a quiet location within lovely private grounds but convenient to get to Dinard, Dinan, or St Malo. The owner was very helpful. The property does have Internet but it is via a wired connection, e.g. for a laptop, rather than WiFi. The mobile phone signal was reasonable so we just used that.

Stayed Apr 29, 2017We spent two wonderful and recreative holiday weeks in this charming house and the beautiful garden, surrounded by nature, the water mouth of the rance in sight! The original breton natural stone house with the charm of past centuries but on the other side has all comfort and technical equipment we require in 2017! The bretagne is a paradise on earth, with crystal blue skies, the turquoise sea in several shadings, picturesque villages, wonderful markets where ypu can buy fresh seafood and vegetables, an exquisite cuisine, beautiful nature, medieval cities, wild and bizarre coasts... Thanks a lot to Veronique et Eric Sougy for the friendly accomodation and help during our stay! We want to come back!!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed for one week at Eden Cove and really enjoyed it. The cottage is well equipped and offers everything you need, if you want to prepare your own meals. Specially in autumn the open chimney was very nice to warm the whole house in the evening. The location is great to reach interesting places like Dinan, Saint Malo, Cap Frehel or the Oyster Bay of Cancale. You can do very nice walks close to the cottage. The only very small minus is you have to use the car to visit a restaurant or to go the bakery - but therefore you get a peaceful, beautiful and really calm environment. We would like to thank Mrs Sougy who told us a lot about the area and the house and really cared for our well-being in Eden Cove. Simone & Sebastian, Düsseldorf

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We spent a great week at Eden Cove! The house is peacefully located within a small village (Pleurtuit), beautifully decorated and well equiped. It has it's own walled garden (plus parking space) and is a great starting point for trips around northern brittany (Mont St. Michel, St. Malo, Dinard, Dinan, the coast...). The landlords live next door. They are a lovely family and always very helpful if you are in doubt where to go next. We can recommend Eden Cove without restriction!
