Our host was so generous when it came to check in and out times of the beach house. The house was beautiful and the master bedroom on the top floor was over the moon to surprise our best friends! Thank you and hope to book another stay soon

The most beautiful ocean views. The kitchen was very equipped and the whole house was clean and comfortable. The Host was easy to communicated with. Very fun and relaxing long weekend!

We enjoyed a most excellent family vacation. Direct ocean access with stunning sunrise and sunset views. Also close to shopping. We would stay here again.

Our family stayed here thanksgiving week 2025. We had a blast. The house was perfect. So close to the water. Even sitting on the deck felt like you were on the water. Open concept really kept the family that much closer. Would highly recommend staying here.

The location was excellent and the views just beautiful! The biggest problems was the roaches were huge and the place needs to be sprayed and the bathtub upstairs needs fixing. Having said that I would be go back!

Upstairs shower was wonky and cleanliness could have been a little better.Otherwise perfect for the size of our family.

We have been coming to rent a house on the beach here at topsail island for 22 years and this is the nicest house we have ever rented. The place is perfect.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It's a nice house right on the beach with modern amenities and a nice layout. The host is fantastic to work with and is very responsive.

Steps right at the beach

This is a beautiful home, right on the beach. It was the best vacation I have ever had.

We loved our stay. Mei was very easy to communicate with and was always prompt in responding. The proximity to the bridge was awesome making it a very short drive on and off the island. The beach access could not be any closer to the house being that at high tide you can almost walk off the front porch into the water. This made it so awesome for the family as it would literally take about 1 minute to walk in and get a drink or sandwich and then back on the beach. Everything functioned as it should in the house and it was clean. We had a great vacation and will look at staying with Mei again.

Found everything as communicated. Family had space and love the porch and beach. I will be considering this house again .

Beautiful weather, loved that we were right on the beach. The main floor has been updated but the upper bathroom could use a facelift. But you couldn’t ask for a better view to wake up to.

We loved this home! The accommodations were very comfortable. We made a mistake with booking linens and the owner saved us and was beyond accommodating and gracious. Love the spot so much one of our guests rebooked it again for two weekends later.The deck is incredible. Big windows to appreciate the views -, really a lovely spot.

We enjoyed our stay. Kitchen is great and has everything needed to cook. At high tide, ocean literally comes up the the steps but with low tide, you have plenty of beach.The outside of the home is dated and needs cleaning but the inside is clean and well kept. We plan on staying again.The view is the best part of the rental. We spent most of our time in the rocking chairs just watching the birds and the dolphins and listening to the waves.

Beautifulhome and beautiful setting. Loved that it was right at the beach. High tide literally came to the bottom of the back steps and i loved every minute if it. The upstairs bedroom was huge, and had a gorgeous view! The back deck had a beautuful view asell

The home was beautiful! We had a family of 10 and fit perfectly. The home was clean and well furnished. We will definitely stay there again. This was our first time to this area. The views are breathtaking!!

Everything was wonderful, location was absolutely perfect. I had a question about the upstairs shower and the owner texted back within seconds, and the problem was resolved. Everything was exactly as described, no issues at all. Would stay here again next year if we could!

You can’t get more oceanfront than this house!! We loved sitting on the huge porch in the mornings and evenings. It’s perfect for a family as most everyone is on the same level. The living area, dining area, and kitchen are all attached which is a wonderful layout with children and the view of the ocean made cooking and cleaning more enjoyable!! We loved the house!!

The property was clean and the owners were there when we arrived and were very welcoming. Outside of property was a little dated, but we had a fantastic week and would definitely stay there again. I have never stayed in a house where we were so close to the water.

The house was VERY clean and well laid out. The beds were all very comfortable. Recent updates were very nice. It could use a couple more cosmetic updates, but nothing major. You can't possibly be closer to the water. At high tide, the water is almost to the bottom of the steps, so no long treks in the sand. The beach isn't crowded at all in the middle of the summer. The owner was very responsive to any questions or issues. Overall an excellent experience with this property!

This house is great for several people and being right on the ocean makes it wonderful! Location was perfect for our group and we enjoyed the spaciness of the home! Would stay here again for sure!
