The house is in a great location, a quite neighborhood and close to the beach access.

Also, customer service for Destin Pointe Vacation Rentals were super helpful with the questions I had leading up to the trip. All in all I cannot complain! It was good to know from other reviews about the house not offering additional blankets. We brought some and were glad! Great house that I will definitely consider booking again in the future!

The rooms were clean, the location was easy to find and close to the beach, and the pool was lovely. There was ample space to sit and sleep and the AC worked well. My only caveats: we wished there were more towels available, as we had to reuse towels for the duration of the stay (more times than we'd like). Also, the pool was super super warm, not very refreshing, although I'm not sure there's anything they could do about that. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property!

Location was amazing. very short walk to private beach. Bikes were a plus! Just a few recommendations for the next renters: bring blankets, because the comforters are as thin as sheets.

This home is perfectly nestled in the middle of everything to enjoy. We appreciated being away from the busy Hwy 98 or 30A traffic. It was perfect for our boating needs. Easy walk to the beach and a wonderful pool that we enjoyed with the littles. Appreciated the fences to keep them safe as well. Beautiful cruise to nearby crab island with our boats. Saw a huge sea turtle swimming up the channel from the upper deck while enjoying some cocktails. Very comfy beds and living area. Was hard to leave!!

Location was great and perfect to bring our boats to travel to Crab Island, but the house is definitely in need of some upgrades. Ceiling fan in upstairs bedroom didn't work, upstairs windows aren't sealed, kitchen drawers off track and dishwasher was questionable. Also some issues with TV remotes in a few of the bedrooms. Pool wasn't cleaned until 2 days after we arrived - - also thought it was strange that there was a 6 person limit on the deck above the boat dock (it was pretty shaky!). We did have great response from property managers when we had an issue with the door code and missing hair dryers.
