5BR Luxury Mountain Home: Large Hot Tub, 3 Living areas, 3 Master Suites

Beautiful home, very clean and comfortable. Great deck and hot tub. A couple minute drive to Granby Ranch. Expansive living areas upstairs and down, good for separating kid and adult areas.Very nice and accommodating hosts.

This was our second time staying at this beautiful house. I can't express how amazing the hosts are! They are very accommodating and easy to work with. They are quick and clear to communicate when asking questions. The house is AMAZING. Some of the top highlights for our family was the heated floors in the kitchen and upstairs bathrooms. We also really appreciate how well stocked the kitchen was. The views are incredible we saw deer and a black fox while drinking coffee on the couch. The layout is very spacious so even with multiple kids and families coming together it still feels very spacious. It is 5 minutes from Granby Ski Resort and 6 minutes from the closest grocery store. Great location, wonderful house and incredible hosts. Highly recommend staying here. We will be back for a third visit next year!

Stunning house that exceeded our expectations! Our favorite things were the coffee bar (loved the selection!) and the patio. The kitchen lacked for nothing, and an extra bonus was the wide variety of spices. Parking was more than adequate plus use of the garage was nice. With our large party, the extra refrigerator was definitely needed. The work-at-home setups came in handy, too. The best part - the wildlife! We saw deer and a friendly fox almost every day!

We had our children and grandchildren with us, to enjoy 4 days in your beautiful home. Several of the adults were able to go out mountain biking on trails close by, and we all went for a couple hikes near Grandby lake and also in Rocky Mtn Park. We all enjoyed the hot tub during the cool evenings, and played many card games or board games as it got dark. So nice to have a big home for us to all sprawl out. The younger children, ages 6-15 all planned a show to put on for the rest of us, with singing, dancing and some small gymnastics. It was so cute and so nice they had the downstairs room to work on their show. It kept them very busy.

Really terrific! Beautiful and spacious. Ours was a three-generation group of 14. The kids esp loved the hot tub. Deer and hummingbirds entertained us. Kitchen, laundry, and throughout were well-provided. The hosts responded quickly to two minor repair issues. Only one real snafu: the description says all general soaps are provided but none of the bath/showers had body wash or equivalent. Fortunately a City Market is two minutes away and we got what we needed there. Would definitely rent this again!

We held our family reunion at this property. The home was nice and accommodated our family well in terms of bedrooms and baths. The great room area upstairs allows for a large group to be together. That said, the great room did get warm during the hot summer days.

Great property, the hosts allowed a later check out time at no fee. Hot tub was nice and my friends and I had a blast.

This house had everything we needed from kitchen appliances to books to read. Loved the hot tub even in the summer. We would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

The lodge was very comfortable, spacious and very well stocked with household items. It is a great location for day trips to Rocky Mountain National Park and Grand Lake for shopping, beach and fishing. Our grandkids with have wonderful memories of our time together. The host was very communicative and met all our needs.
