It was a 4 night stay for a family wedding. Our group of ten could not be more pleased with this listing! We ranged in ages from 12-82!! Everyone single person loved the home. Check in, access to local area, floor plan worked perfectly. Our host Anson could not be more considerate. Checked in with us numerous times. Answered any and all questions. We were able to host a small dinner rehearsal for the wedding party and family. Anson worked with us and not a single person there did not stop us to say how great this home is! The pool table and craps table gave us many fun memories. Do NOT hesitate to rent this home!

This home was perfect for a large family to stay in for a week and have a wonderful vacation. The game room downstairs with the bunk room was the perfect place for family game time. The backyard was wonderful with the hot tub and firepit that we made smores and talked around. The kitchen was perfect, and the property was exactly like it looked in the pictures. The bathrooms were fully stocked with everything you would need. The property manager always had a prompt response and was so easy to communicate with. My family had a wonderful vacation at this property, and we would stay here again. Also, the location being so close to downtown Golden and all of the restaurants and shops was perfect. There is also a mall and Target right around the corner, so it was extremely convenient to run errands. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Let me start by saying I hate to give negative reviews, but I think it is important that the owners and renters are aware that the house is not as maintained as the pictures suggest. The front and back landscapes have not been properly kept up and are overgrown. A large dead plant sits on the front entry way. I was extremely embarrassed as I had multiple guests in town for my daughter's graduation and had shared how beautiful the home was we would be staying in. Additionally, the house across the street is a mess and eyesore. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. However, the kitchen floor has not been properly cleaned, ever? We had to clean it multiple times to get up the black dirt/grime on the kitchen floor. The stove inside door was filthy as well. Carpets going downstairs had big stains and walls just seems dirty. Overall the house is not being kept up and presentable. The house itself is beautiful and worked great for the graduation party, however not up to standards that I would have expected by the pictures and VRBO rental at this cost. The grill was unusable because it has never been cleaned and only one side would light because it was clogged. This completed impacted our food preparation plans for my stay. They owner apologized for the inconvenience, but this is not good maintenance of what is stated as available at the house and guests plan for. I hope they can work to clean up this property. It is a beautiful house.

The home was perfect for our 4 day family and friends gathering. We were here for our son's wedding. The gathering ranged from 30+ to 70+ in ages. The home and it's amenities were thoroughly enjoyed -- dining room, living room, pool table and the outdoor patio. I highly recommend this home for any family gathering, we completely enjoyed all of the amenities, plus it was very convenient to the cute town of Golden and the mountains.

This home was beautiful! There were several nice touches like sleeping eye masks for each guest, coffee and coca bar, and a fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. We were very comfortable there and plan on staying there again on our next trip to Colorado!
