This destination and property was wonderful! Great sunset views, plenty of space for our large family, beach access within a few steps, access to multiple pools, including one less than a block away, and all the amenities we needed to enjoy our time in this beautiful location.We would recommend this home and location for anyone, especially families! It has access to the Gulf waves as well as the calm ocean behind the Jetty, it has easy beach and pool access, wonderful views, and is in a wonderful neighborhood.

Pelican Pointe is an incredible home with unparalleled views of the Gulf, the Pass and the fireworks! The home is in great condition and well appointed. The elevator is a huge plus! We have stayed in several other houses on Rosalie Drive, but Pelican Pointe is definitely our number one choice. Destin Pointe Realty always does a great job managing the property and is always responsive if any issues arise. We highly recommend Pelican Pointe!

Beautiful beach house in a gated community. Loved the jetty beach and infinity pool. Beach house beautifully decorated.with a full stocked kitchen for cooking.

Exceptional view! Quality accommodations. Wonderful set up for big group. House came with a ton of toys for the beach, including fishing poles. Also came with 4 bikes. Can't say enough good things - totally worth the price!

There was plenty of space on the bottom floor but the top floor bedrooms were a bit crowded. The manager was always available and helpful for any and all questions we had. Everyone was super helpful and willing to fix any issues that popped up, such as the upper floor needing more air- they literally brought us a temporary air conditioning unit!I highly recommend this property! The view on the living room deck is breath taking and panoramic so you can see everything for miles!
