The house is fully independent, air conditioned and reserved for tenants. It is on the ground floor, on a plot of 2000m2, excellent recent outdoor and indoor equipment, Weber barbecue, American fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, 5-burner piano and 3 ovens, microwave, Krups Nespresso coffee machine , kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, hairdryer etc. large 160x200 beds with duvets, pillows and bolsters, generalized wifi, welcome children, safe. The swimming pool is private, for the exclusive use of tenants, heated, equipped with a water blade and a counter current for swimming (dimension 3.5m x 3.5m, depth 1.80m, alarm with reminder siren inside the house).
We are available for any specific requests.
We provide the basic products for your stay: dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, washing machine, garbage bags, new sponges, soaps, etc., condiments, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, a box of Nespresso coffee capsules ... Rental from 4 days following the season, sheets and towels (for bathroom and pool) provided free of charge (usually charged at a rate of € 15 per person per stay).
Many possible activities. The house is at the start of many hikes or mountain bikes (2 new mountain bikes are available) ... for all ages and all levels .. with or without elevation changes.

    brilliant. perfect host, superb location, excellent facilities. 5 min to a lovely villages with restaurants, bars, supermarket. 30 mins to coast, 15 mins to hiking. cant recommend enough

    We had a superb holiday stay in the house of Elisa and Manu. They are very welcoming and make sure you don’t need for anything. Valerie was also a very great help and she cleaned the terrasse for us every morning before we woke up. The house has everything that you need., including a very elaborate stove and american fridge. Above all we loved the pool and the wheather and the kids loved to play with the chickens! The surrounding area is everything you would wish for: visit to Cannes, Grasse, Gourdon, Callian, Montouroux, hike to Pont des Tuves, Grottes, etc. We will definitely come back! 1 point of improvement are the couches in the living area. If replaced by a simple Ikea couch they would be a lot more comfortable.

    We had 2 wonderful weeks in this lovely property. All communications with the owner were easy, friendly and stress free and they are always on hand but discreet which makes for a worry free holiday. The property has everything you need for a relaxing holiday, it was spotlessly clean and although the pool is small it is perfect to cool down after spending lazy days on the terraces. The personal touches in the property are perfect and it’s so quiet and peaceful you can feel yourself relaxing as you walk through the door. Although it feels secluded there are many properties around you to feel safe and secure and a village with a substantial supermarket and a few restaurants and small shops within a 10-15 minutes walk. The area is beautiful and very scenic yet within 30-40 minutes you can be in Cannes or Grasse. We would definitely return to this fantastic property and highly recommend it.

    We, a family of five, spent ten days in this beautiful place. Everything from the first contact with Manu and Elisa to the easy checking out has been excellent. We highly recommend this house.

    Manu & Elisa were great hosts, and Manu's English was more than OK, even helping us out when our hire car had a problem. Fresh eggs from the Chicken on a number of days and a new puppy were points of interest for our 2 yr old Granddaughter - as was the pool of course! Pool (although not very large) is great and with the water fall and 'pumped current' to swim against we were in it every day for hours on end. The property is very clean, with everything you need - American style fridge and freezer with filtered, chilled water and Ice dispenser (fantastic in hot weather), dishwasher, large range cooker - although we used the electric BBQ outside everyday for main meals, and ate outside under the awning for every meal, every day. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners either, if we wanted anything we just asked. The village is a short walk or drive away, with a good supermarket. Great traditional French market on Saturdays, and a couple of good restaurants. A great holiday in a lovely location. Visit Gourdon; St Paul de Vence; Monaco; Cannes; stay by the pool the rest of the time!

    We were welcomed warmly in St-Cezaire by Manu, his wife Elisa and Dog Venice as well as by their two chickens. These lovely birds supplied us from then onwards every morning with fresh eggs ;) The house lies in a quiet neighborhood in the small town of St-Cezaire close to Nizza and Cannes. The house itself is pretty new and well equipped with all you need to relax (pool), hang around (garden patio) and have a nice evening with good food prepared in a lovely and well equipped kitchen (or electric barbecue) and of course French Rose! A supermarket is close by and you can even find a small grotto to explore! Manu and Elisa supplied us with all basic things we needed and more: On our arrival we found eggs :), milk, water, olive oil and the fridge even held a bottle of wine! When we asked for restaurants close by or how to use the pool or barbecue they were very kind and helpful. We really had a great time in this lovely part of France and are already planning to come back! Thanks for having us Manu, Elisa, Venice and the two Chicken! Kristian & Melanie
