Such a beautiful and comfortable home. So clean! Short walk to town and the beach. Perfect!

My family really enjoyed this excellent property! The location can't be beat, and there was plenty of room. The drop room with laundry sink was great when coming back from the beach. If you are planning to take a lot of items to the beach, I recommend a wagon, as there is a grass-covered sand field to cross before getting to the open sand and water.A fantastic experience overall!

House was beautiful and well stocked. Location to the beach was great, beds were comfortable. Loved the glassed in porch, kept us warm while sitting outside enjoying the beautiful views.

This beach house was so cute and well taken care of. It had small bedrooms that had little extra space but most of our time was spent in the beautiful open concept living room. The house was newly remodeled and nicely decorated.

The decor and furnishing are minimalists in a great way, not cluttered but have everything you need. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, pots, pans and cups/dishes. The house has a great layout, and wonderful access to the promenade. The primary bedroom is on the ground level, but upstairs bedrooms could also be used by couples with shared bathroom in hallway. With 8 guests the 3rd full baths would be a plus. The house is located in a quiet section of town with easy, quick walk to the busy restaurant and shopping area. Highly recommend this house. Only issue for us is the 10am check out is was a bit early for vacation, especially since we for us in our time zone it is 9am.. we paid an additional 50 for late check out. All and all it would have been nearly perfect if there was an 11am check out time. No other draw backs to this rental and I am not a fan of house rentals because of the varying qualities and not knowing what to expect. The Duffy was definitely a delight!

Great stay right on the coast, perfect beach access. Close to local stores and everything you need. I want to come back to the Duffy house every year.

This property met our needs the best. Master on the first floor for my disabled son and just a few blocks from the mobi mat on the beach. If only more rentals had ramps for handicap accessibility it would make vacations way easier. Would rent this house again

Great location, good floor plan, plenty of room. The ice and water dispensers in the frig door did not work upon arrival and property manager tried to get it fixed but was unable, so we had to buy ice and bottled water.

Beautiful clean house conveniently located in walking distance to the beach and downtown Seaside. Plenty of room for a big family.

Close to the promenade and turnabout

This property was excellent for our family of 4 and grandparents. Having a master suite on the main level was ideal for the grandparents! No stairs! The bathrooms are updated and having three was ideal for the six of us. Close to the ocean. We only wished for a TV in the master bedroom downstairs and a hairdryer downstairs as well. Oveall great stay. Kitchen is big and appliance are new. Boardwalk nice to stroll. o closwclose.

We were here with family. House is a great size, nice back yard. The driveway was great for the kids scooters. We could walk to the beach. We would stay here again.
