Stayed Nov 23, 2025We were in town for a wedding and Thanksgiving. We had a fantastic week at the property! A family of 5 with 3 teens we had lots of space to spread out. The rooftop deck with hot tub and views was amazing!Stephanie was wonderful, going out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed including roasting pans and a turkey fryer! The night we arrived I looked for the iron in preparation for the events we had that week. When I couldn’t locate it and reached out, she was incredibly responsive, and we had a brand new iron in hand promptly. With the park and pickle ball courts right outside your door and beach across the street, you can’t beat the location. We will be back for sure.

Stayed Nov 11, 2025This is a great place to stay. The host is very quick to return messages if there are questions. They have chairs, an umbrella, and a wagon for the beach. The beach is very close to the house and great views of the sunsets. A definate win

Stayed Jun 29, 2025This location was truly incredible. Spectacular views, from the balconies and the roof. A short walk and you’re on the beach. Just minutes from everything on the Clearwater strip. The pictures do not do the property justice. Clean, warm and a wonderful place to come home from after sight seeing or a stroll on the beach. Would highly recommend.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025We stayed here to celebrate my daughter’s high school graduation and couldn’t have picked a better spot! The location in Clearwater Beach was perfect! It was close to everything we wanted to see and do. The property was very clean and comfortable, and Stephanie was a wonderful host who made communication easy from start to finish. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it!

Stayed Jun 14, 2025From check in to check out, Stephanie was very communicative! The townhouse has plenty of parking. The townhouse was stocked with towels, beach stuff and bathroom everything! The public pool (with giant water slide) was a two block walk, when my littles didn’t want to beach it! A very memorable week here with my family!

Stayed May 21, 2025My husband and I and our sons and daughter-in-laws had the best time here! We had a small glitch upon arriving but Stephanie was very quick to help us and make things right! The kids loved the pickle ball courts right across the road and everywhere we went was within walking distance! The place was very spacious and was perfect for our family. Will definitely stay here again!

Stayed Mar 23, 2025My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. We had plenty of space and the owners provided us with everything we needed especially for the beach. Everything was in walking distance, the main shops and restaurants were about a half mile walk and the beach was a short walk. Overall it’s a beautiful townhouse that I recommend for a large family.
