Stayed Aug 21, 2025The house was perfect for our last minute trip to the Cape! We enjoyed exploring the upper cape options and could not have asked for a netter home base. The house was clean, beds super comfortable, and there was enough space to spread out. The awesome outdoor shower was also a big hit!

Stayed Jul 12, 2025Lovely house with all the amenities we needed for a great Cape Cod vacation. Home was very clean and comfortable and communication with homeowner was easy. Nice location on a quiet street with friendly neighbors. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Aug 29, 2024Cute, very clean, newly renovated house. It was only 0.3 miles from Monument Beach. Had a finished basement and a nice, large deck (including a great outdoor shower). The owner, John, did a great job of communicating. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Stayed Aug 17, 2024The house was immaculate. Beds and bedding were great! They had everything we needed. The outside shower was huge. My son loved having the downstairs all to himself, with a bathroom tv and couch. I love eating outside on the patio with my family and friends. It was close to everything. We would walk to get the best ice cream and eat by the shore.

Stayed Aug 8, 2024This property was amazing. Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Driving distance to any type of beach you wanted. The house had everything you could need for your stay. The Lobster Trap was so close that we could put our name on the list and go back to the house to wait for our table. Everything was fantastic. Would definitely return!!!

Stayed Jul 3, 2024We would like to thank our host John for the perfect stay. The house was beautiful, had everything we needed and was quiet. We were able to walk to the beach and ice cream shop as well as the recreation area. Whenever we needed something, John was so helpful. Even the neighbors took good care of us. Thank you so much!
