5 minutes from the beautiful Black Hills and all it has to offer!

It was clean and up kept which was nice. However, this place was NOT as advertised, it said it could sleep 10 and we were 7 and we were on top of each other. Living room had 3 chairs and a love seat, 7 couldn’t sit down and watch TV together without 2 of us sitting on the floor. Kitchen table only had 4 chairs, not good for 7 let alone 10. Lastly, three bedrooms with queen beds were only place to sleep comfortably. Our 7th slept on a couch. There were no pullouts or cots, so I have no idea where 10 people would sleep. The house is big enough space wise for 10 but furniture doesn’t support that. I did enjoy the plug-in option on the carport so I could plug-in my car since I brought my own charger for the vehicle and unfortunately most places don’t have a charger already there, this should be considered. Back deck was beautiful, but again, only 4 chairs. There is much more room for more furniture.

Very nice property. Quiet neighborhood not far from plenty of places to eat. Very comfortable. Great deck for sitting outside and enjoying a beautiful night.

This property is truly a hidden gem. We enjoyed family time together in this beautiful, well kept home. The layout of the home was perfect for family time together yet the bedrooms provided the privacy needed for those that wanted to get to bed earlier. The kitchen was well stocked with all the supplies needed for meal prep and service. The host was very responsive and attended to all of our requests. We will definitely be staying again and when the weather warms up we will be spending time on the covered deck and in the beautiful backyard.

The house is very nice, clean, spacious and the host provided all the little things that you may possibly need ( trash bags, TP, spices & condiments in fridge) Location is great for all the black hills activities. I would not hesitate to stay again when in the area!

Place was spot on perfect! We were 6 adults and felt comfortable. Fully stocked for cookware and seasoning and such. Great quite neighborhood but loved all the birds.

Everything was way above our expectations. Have never stayed in such a well put together short term rental. Was like walking into your own home, so clean and Everything you needed right down to condiments in the frige! Would recommend this house to everyone. TGANK YOU

Property was even better than the listing and the house was well stocked with blankets, towels, doshwasher soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper -- everything!Clear & easy instructions to make it all low stress. Would definitely stay again.

We had a group of younger gentleman traveling to Rapid City for a bachelor party. I found this gem, for them! Working with the property owners was wonderful, they were very accommodating and helpful and the boys loved the home! It was perfect & memories were made! 10 out of 10 recommend!

This was a very clean and beautiful home. We were all comfortable. They had everything I needed to make a wonderful meal for my family. AC worked nicely. Instructions were to start a load of towels before we left and the stairs to the basement were very narrow. That was my only complaint is that I wished the laundry was upstairs.

Everything was so neat and clean. Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything one could possibly need. Location was great to all of the restaurants and bars in the downtown area.

The property was clean and had everything one would need. We stayed a week and was never lacking for what we needed. The location was perfect for visiting the national and state parks. Nice neighborhood; easy getting around Rapid City.

One of many stops on our trip and this one was top notch. The home is beautiful inside. A great floor plan that was perfect for our group of 5. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The location was great for the areas we visited and the hot tub was a very welcome place for relaxing at the end of the days. Would definitely recommend this home.

Loved the location, we had a wonderful stay we loved the back porch and patio. There was plenty of room for the three couples. It was great to have two bathrooms lots of cozy features to make it feel like a home and not a rental property. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions that we had regarding the property prior to booking and including after, and was able to accommodate us for an extra night stay as we lost track of the days down in South Dakota. Would definitely book again.

Listing stated 2 pullout couches, but there was none. They did have 2 queen size air mattresses to use instead. House was very clean and had everything that we needed.

We chose this central location for a week long vacation in the Black Hills and to attend Kool Deadwood Nights. There was so much room in this well-stocked cozy home. We enjoyed using the back deck and bar be que and the washer and dryer was super convenient. Great hosts and was really one of the top places we have ever stayed. We would definitely stay again! Ideal for three couples or a family since there are two bathrooms which is hard to find. It’s like there were two separate wings which for two couples, was ideal.

We were in town for a wedding, and this place was perfect. A back bedroom so the adults could hang out after the kids went to sleep, and a nicely stocked kitchen, so cooking was easy!

It was fantastic!! Couldn't believe what this owner had to offer in their home. They had more kitchen stuff that we could use than I have in my own home!! Bathrooms were stocked with everything you could need. My son said this was by far the best vacation rental they had rented. We had a great time.

The property was overall great. It provided good space for our family of 5 to spread out and relax after long days of exploring the Badlands. Location wise it was fine as everything is a drive.
