5 minute walk to Short Sands beach and downtown from your vacation home!

Our stay was fantastic. The host made checking in a breeze. The home was clean and a great layout. Perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless, well-maintained, and stocked with everything you could need—fully equipped kitchen, games, and books for downtime. Check-in was seamless, and Mark was proactive and clear in his communication throughout our stay. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to all that Short Sands has to offer, yet tucked away in a peaceful, quiet spot that made for a truly restful getaway. We would absolutely stay here again!

My family of 5 LOVED this York beach house! My husband said this is the best vacation rental I’ve booked yet, ha! Plenty of space for us and our 3 littles. Cozy accommodations, beautiful ocean waves in the background. We loved the convenient walk to the beach. We hope to be back!

The space was great for our family of five! Plenty of room and perfect location to Short Sands. I had a couple of questions for the host and they responded within 30 minutes. Will def come back!

The location was wonderful. Short distance to short sands and downtown York Village. I would suggest a handrail in the upstairs bathroom, in the tub and outside it. Lots of seating vault. I give this rental a “10”

This was our second year at this property. We fell in love with this area of Maine last year and hopefully will make this a yearly tradition for our family. The house is perfect for us and being able to wander down to the beach with a hot cup of coffee in the morning is awesome. Mark is a great host, great communication, just couldn't be happier that we found his place. Great house, great location, great host. What more could we ask for. Thanks again Mark.
