Stayed Jul 5, 2023We had a great time at this house! It was super clean and welcoming. The decor was nice, the bedrooms were a good size and they were comfortable. The walk to the beach was short and easy and Mexico Beach is lovely. Easy beach access just as described. We were there 4th of July week and the beach was not crowded at all. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and the appliances looked brand new. This is a great location; in between Panama City, Port Saint Joe,Apalachicola and St.George Island. Plenty of places to eat, shop and beach. Thank you Hector-you are a great host.

Stayed May 26, 2023Our stay at this proprty was quite comfortable. It was nicely decorated with a beach theme and vey clean. Only 2 of us were on this trip but there was room for 4 more people. Hector was quick to answer any questions. There was plenty of room in the yard to park our boat. It is only a quick 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive down to Port St Joe. It isn't overcrowded like some places are. I felt there was beach access available to all.

Stayed Jun 30, 2022Very clean, quiet and convenient location. Plenty of drive way space to park our boat and we enjoyed bring able to rinse off in the outdoor shower.
