5 Minute Golf Cart Ride To Brownwood, Restaurants, Entertainment

The house is great. They have thought of everything. We cant wait to come back.

The accommodation at Manisha Lane was very spacious, comfortable, and a pleasure to stay for our 4 night Thanksgiving Family Reunion in The Villages. Our host was very helpful and informative. Highly recommend this VRBO rental and would stay there again.

Home looked exactly as pictured in the VRBO listing. Very clean, everything worked perfectly, and an extremely comfortable porch/lanai. Host communicated well, and was easy to work with.

This was our second time staying at this location. It is really close to the Brownwood Town Square where there are lots of great places to eat and live music every night. It is also really close to several recreation centers with tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, and many walking trails. We will definitely stay again. Jenny and BK have been great.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It is very spacious and nicely furnished. Has everything you could possibly need and is in a convenient location.

The house we stayed at was very clean and well cared for. Had all the essentials that we needed.They went out if there way to help us check in early and to make sure we were comfortable. Any issues we had were addressed immediately which we only had issue with garage door opener. This made for a great experience.

Nicely decorated and roomy house. We had family from Florida come to us and everyone enjoyed their stay. House was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The big Lanai with fire pit seating and also a table area was great. I can't say enough about the space we had for everything. We mistakenly thought the ride to Brownwood in the golf cart would be long and we wish we had used it more. We were able to find advanced beginner pickle ball and played 3 times. Used the pool at Richmond Rec center. We are definitely planning to return to this house with a great location! For a longer stay!Property manager was very helpful with a couple questions that we had.

We had a lovely stay at Jenny’s home in the Villages! The highlights included the fire pit and patio where we enjoyed coffee each morning, ample space to cook a holiday meal with family, a great location, and excellent communication with the owner and property manager. The house was very clean and my mom said it was as nicely designed as a showcase home in The Villages!

This home is new and extremely well cared for. The host made the check in process very easy and gave us a contact number if we had any questions. We really enjoyed our stay.

From the moment we walked in we loved it. Big beautiful open concept large screened in lanai. We set out a puzzle on game table we did when returning to house each night. Close to Brownwood town square. Traveled by golf cart all over. Would definitely stay here again

This rental is fantastic. Owners and Property manager were both super responsive. The house is well furnished and very clean. Location is 8 min away from the Brownwood Square....a fun golf cart ride away! We look forward to renting this house again next year...thanks Jenny!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful and was stocked with everything we needed, and more. The location was great. We used the golf carts every day to go to the rec centers, play golf and enjoy the evenings in one of the town squares. Thank you Jenny for a wonderful few weeks!

Let me start with saying this property was everything and so much more. The location was 5 minutes from Brownwood Town Square. I loved that each bedroom had large televisions. This property also gives you the option to rent an additional golf cart if needed directly from the owner. The neighbors were very friendly and enjoyed talking with them. Grocery stores and restaurants were all accessible via the golf cart. The property was very clean and had everything needed for our vacation. I definitely plan to stay at this property in the future. This is one of my favorite properties to rent. Kudos Jenny & Dan!
