Stayed May 22, 2026Be aware that the advertised location is approximately 20 min away from the physical location. The host was accommodating to that fact, if defensive. The listing does say that linens are not included, but noting that here because it is inconvenient. House was reasonably clean, but it was clearly surface level.

Stayed Oct 30, 2025I recently stayed at this property with a couple of friends. We had a Great time!!! This property would work well for a family vacation as well. The property manager was quick to answer our questions prior to arrival. Check in was easy and home was clean when we arrived. The home is nicely decorated and has a beach vibe. This house is tucked into the back corner of a quiet townhome community. Parking is not an issue plenty of spaces for all guest. Great location and just a short drive to the beach and restaurants. We were unable to use the pool due to our visit was in the fall but the pool area looked nice and well maintained. Great home and can’t wait to return! We are already looking at dates for next year.
